We stayed here to do activities in San Marcos. It was a wonderful 12 minute drive. Everything is as described. Communication was smooth too. It was the perfect setting for my family’s sleeping arrangements. We had pleasant family experience with good vibes. I enjoyed reading the clear hearts they had around the house.🙂 I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality. 😁

This is our second time staying in Jenna's place in Kyle. The backyard is fantastic and a wonderful place for our kids to play, beds are super comfy with lots of fluffy pillows and water pressure is great. It's excellent for a large group (the big table is a huge plus - I need a table that big!) Jenna was very responsive whenever an issue arose, which we appreciated very much. The only feedback I'll leave for a future guest is that the internet was a bit hit or miss - sometimes it wasn't fast enough to even watch Netflix. Some days it was fine, though.

An experienced host makes all the difference. Communications was excellent. The house had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable and safe. Backyard was perfect for evenings in the comfy chairs while kiddos played.

Thank you Martina for opening up your beautiful home to us! We stayed during the F1 races for four nights. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood, very clean, had everything we needed. We unfortunately did not have time to enjoy the beautiful backyard, patio, or pool, but it was very spacious, well kept, clean, etc. The beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and there was plenty of room. Close to pretty much anything and everything. Very tastefully decorated and clean. We will definitely be staying again if we are back in the area! Martina is quick to respond and a wonderful host!

10 out of 10 recommend this Airbnb! The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you can think of, including a popcorn machine, quesadilla maker and of course my kids favorite A POOL! Close to both Austin and San Antonio I would 1000% go back :)

We needed a gathering place for family traveling in for graduation at Texas State and this worked perfectly. There's a back-road route to the campus in San Marcos so you can avoid I-35 traffic. This was much better than everyone staying in various hotel rooms, we were all able to be comfortable in the same location. The large kitchen and living room was perfect for a celebration lunch. We had 18 people for our luncheon and it never felt crowded, there was plenty of room to spread out. For the overnight guests, we used four of the five bedrooms and all were comfortable with good beds and bedding. It's helpful that everything is on one level so older relatives didn't need to navigate stairs. Weather was rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the outside amenities but the property is lovely. They had Christmas decorations up which was an unexpected surprise that we appreciated.

We rented Mesquite Retreat with my two brothers, sister and brother in law for a wedding we were attending for a nephew. My youngest brother lives in Cedar Creek and this was the best and closest place to stay. The Hyatt was right next store to my brothers house but this house worked out much better. We were able to casually wake up and eat breakfast. We cooked in one night. Had lunch a few days. The place is well laid out. Large kitchen, dining area and living room. Pool and outdoor patio area was very nice. Beds were comfortable and master bedroom had a huge jacuzzi and shower. The place is remote but if you want peace and quiet and a comfortable home to share with family and/or friends then highly recommend this place.
