My family and I stayed here for 8 nights, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, providing us with local information about Pisa and the surrounding area. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything needed during your stay. The location was a short, peaceful walk into the centre. We loved every minute of being there and didn't want to leave. We would definitely like to come back for a second stay.

This was probably the single best AirBnB we ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed. Eleonora was a perfect hostess. The location was ideal for us--it's just outside the old center of Florence, a 20 minute walk from the most touristed parts of the center, but as a result it was nice and quiet, and residential. The apartment is so well-decorated, elegant...and being so clean and lovely is not a given in Italy (we have much experience and this was by far the nicest in Italy we've ever stayed in). Brava, Eleonora!

Excelente hospedaje, comodo, amplio y sobre todo con un nivel de decoracion que te hace sentir mas comodo aun. Recomiendo 100% este hospedaje!!!

Séjour merveilleux à Florence, appartement très sympa et fonctionnel où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous : bonne literie, environnement calme, de l'espace et de la place pour les affaires, etc. Idéalement situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre donc au calme. Place de garage, à l'abri et bien protégée : un must ! Enfin et surtout, nous avons été bien accueillis et Nicholle a toujours été disponible à distance dans la seconde, nous renseignant à chaque fois avec efficacité et précision. De plus, elle a été amicale et très souple quant à nos horaires de départ et d'arrivée... MERCI. Je recommande ++++

We thoroughly enjoyed our break from seeing cities. Bella was very helpful, letting us know what would be open over a holiday, recommending a lovely restaurant and hikes etc.. We had what we needed to cook for ourselves.

Federica’s place, Casa Levante is in a perfect location between the train and the beach. I went without a car and didn’t have any issues getting to everywhere I needed to. There are plenty of restaurants and bars (cafe) within easy walking distance. Being right on one of the pedestrian streets I had concerns about noise. My concerns were completely unwarranted. During the day and especially during certain hours when people are out some sounds can be heard. However, when quiet hours begin it gets very quiet. The place itself is exactly like the photos. It’s even more inviting in person. I appreciate the sparse touches of personal touches and the subtle use of framed images with useful information spread throughout. I would definitely stay at Casa Levante again.

We spent a lovely 9 days in Florence in Lorenzo’s apartment. It was perfect for us, as we wanted to be able to cook some nights, so the well-stocked mini-market around the corner was great and the cooktop in the apartment exactly what we needed. We even walked up to the Mercato Centrale one day and bought fresh ingredients for minestrone. Being vegan, Santo Felafel nearby was a gift, as well as Sbrino, the delicious gelateria down the road. Oltrarno is a buzzing part of town, especially near Santo Spirito, but as soon as we closed the doors of the apartment, we didn’t hear anything which was exactly what we wanted! Close enough to all the fun, restaurants & tourist sites but far enough away to recoup after the day’s adventures. We also took the bus up to Fiesole which I would definitely recommend. Lorenzo was very generous with all our questions & queries, he couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay in Florence in the Oltrarno Suite.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at Leonardo’s place in Bologna! The classic charm and beautiful character of the historical apartment made us feel like we’d been transported to another time and place. At the same time, the modern amenities were much appreciated, and everything was clean and in perfect working order. The private terrace was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and our host was communicative and responsive throughout. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again someday!
