This was a really great house for our extended family across 3 generations. It provided separate but connected spaces allowing us to come together to seek some peace and privacy with 5 good sized bedrooms and multiple living spaces. Would highly recommend for larger groups. The house was styled beautifully (as per photos) with very easy access to beach and the local cafe. The host was particularly responsive.

We enjoyed a quick stay recently with our teens and poochies. The home is very comfortable and in a great location to walk to the shops or beach. A lovely open garden meant our dogs got lots of exercise in the yard too. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom toiletries, as well as laundry and washing up items, which we find are lacking in a lot of other rentals. We especially loved the Lekker Dutch bikes to use, and enjoyed riding around Byron on these. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location.

We had a lovely visit, so close to beach, Jolene extremely friendly and helpful, shared a fresh bread loaf she had just bought, always smiley, solved tv remote problem driving 20 mins to buy new batteries, told us about a local farmers market etc…weather rainy but out of her control!!!! A fabulous, spacious house that was well appointed, very clean & was so thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk, an amazing selection of tea, a generous welcoming bowl of treats & beautiful fresh roses. We absolutely loved our stay, the only issue was we didn’t stay long enough. It was as a BIG tick from us.

This house is wonderful if you have kids or a group. Lots of space to spread out and get comfortable. The kitchen is really well stocked so eating in is easy. Jane was so helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend this house, made for a wonderful holiday! We loved our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Suffolk Park. It was perfect for our family getaway—comfortable, well-equipped, and in a peaceful location. Just a short drive to Byron Bay, which made it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. We truly had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it to others!

We had a great time staying here in Byron. It was perfect for a family and had everything we needed with privacy and serenity. Close to local cafe’s and only a short trip to the beach and town.

Completely enchanted with our stay at this beautiful abode. The homestead is serene, cresting a hill overlooking rolling paddocks and capturing the cool coastal breeze. The decor is gorgeous, each room beautifully curated with additional welcoming touches of fresh flowers, herbs, chocolate and home made soap. We lazed by the pool, had long lunches under the pergola, dozed on shaded picnic blankets with views across the valley and had sundowners on the porch. We enjoyed dipping in to Bangalow and exploring freshwater holes down winding forest roads nearby, but largely we found ourselves wanting to stay at the house and enjoy all it has to offer!

We had an absolute perfect week staying at this property. Would recommend this property . The hosts were very quick in responding when communicating. We stayed with our 4 adult children and will remember this week for a long time.

Sarah and Adam’s place was absolutely stunning. Peaceful, set amongst a beautiful garden. The home is beautifully designed with 3 large bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Lots of areas for a quiet moment. The living area felt like a sanctuary, so relaxing to hang out in. The place is equipped with absolutely anything you might need. Lovely air con for the hot days. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, a perfect size for them. We felt right at home. With only 4 of us, the house could have definitely fit another family. Very spacious. Sarah and Adam were so helpful and responsive, the perfect hosts. We would be back for sure!

We have stayed here 4 times now and have loved every stay. It is such a comfortable place to be and just chill. We appreciate the bike and the surfboard. We love the location the most as we can easily walk to our favorite places, which are: Top Shop, Bay Grocer, and The General Store.

We had a wonderful stay in Suffolk Park. Bindy’s beautiful home was just what we were looking for, for our stay near Byron. The kids loved the pool and my Son wanted to spend every minute he could at the skateboard track at the end of the road. A wonderful walk in the morning to the local baker for coffee and pastries signalled the start of our day on the way to the most amazing dog beach to let our dog run itself ragged. Then into Byron or to a beach for the afternoon and dinner out in town in the evenings. You are just the right distance from Byron to dip in and out of the hustle and bustle and retreat to a little sanctuary of relaxation. There were days where the kids just wanted to stay at the house and not go anywhere, making jewellery all day from kits bought in the town. Not a screen in sight. It was wonderful!

Lois was great with communication and did a massive favour for me with no hassle. I left my festival tix in sydney and she picked them up from her PO Box and delivered them to me. Very kind!! Place is in my fave location in Byron. Belongil opposite the beach. Great spot.

Well located and spacious hinterland cottage with great outdoor area overlooking the pool, sizable lounge, dining, well stocked kitchen and washing/ drying facilities. Good size for a couple with one child. Bed mattress was also decent quality (I can be quite picky on that one). Outdoors/ nature location so will likely be some mozzies and harmless household spiders about (plenty of repellant kindly provided).

Hilary and Ian's gorgeous place is an absolute delight. We were so lucky to have found it. It is peaceful - yet so close to all the action of Byron Bay. The house is even better than shown in the photos. The pool is wonderful and my grandson loved swimming in the warm water. Thank you Hilary and Ian for allowing us to enjoy your gorgeous little hide-away - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Katherine’s beautiful home is a little slice of paradise in Clunes! The house itself is stunning and immaculately styled, and the lush gardens were the perfect place for our children to play and explore. It’s perfectly located, being just a short walk from the Main Street, and everything you could possibly need is close by - including gourmet groceries, great coffee and wine. It’s also just a short drive to Bangalow and Byron Bay. Katherine is a wonderful host, very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s clear she takes great pride in sharing her beautiful home with guests - and we feel so fortunate to have been among them! We loved our visit to Clunes and are already planning a return trip. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, Katherine!

Beautiful place to stay. It was luxe but also cosy and perfectly suited our needs. Our little pup, Patches, also loved it and had plenty of space to run around for the weekend. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Isabella was a delightful hostess who communicated well and the cottage was clean and quiet. It is located within easy walking distance to Baker & daughter for great coffee. I would happily recommend this accommodation if you are staying in this area.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a pasos del centro de Byron Bay y de la playa. Permite olvidarse del auto y disfrutar de este hermoso lugar. La casa es cómoda y pese a estar adosada tiene mucha privacidad y espacios comunes muy amplios (living , cocina y terrazas). Definitivamente volvería a alojarme en este lugar.

Beautiful studio, the bed was super comfortable and it had everything I needed. Karlee was a great host and I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area

We loved the indoor/outdoor feel. When we arrived the first night it was very cold and wet however the outdoor area was so comfortable, inviting and kept dry that it was nothing a few layers of clothes couldn’t combat to stay warm. Three of us stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend as Di is lovely and shares a great space. Also worth a mention is Mrs Birdys Cafe at the end of the road - delicious!

The place was so much bigger than the photos showed. Huge backyard and open living which we loved. Not that close to the main beach/centre, but it was a very quick uber if we didn’t feel like walking 15mins. :) Would stay here again!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Sarah’s beautiful little home. Sarah communicated everything we needed perfectly and was consistently very prompt with messaging throughout our stay. The home was extremely cozy and functional and we had a great time relaxing in her space. There was a bookshelf full of interesting little books and the decor was excellent 👌 There’s a little day lounge that gets the sun in the afternoon, a bath tub, beautiful shower and comfortable beds. The fridge had some essentials like milk and butter etc. and there was lots of tea, coffee and things in the pantry. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay away.
