We loved our stay at the beach! We even got to view the northern lights from the deck. Pretty close walk to the beach. Lots of kitchen supplies, pet friendly - although our dog stayed at home this time. We love the location and would like to stay again. Marsha, was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with.

LOVE this place! We have been going to the Outer Banks for decades and this is one of the cutest & cleanest homes I have stayed in! You can’t beat the amazing oceanfront location with private beach access! Host was great & provided clear instructions, all listed amenities, and local recommendations. It was awesome being able to bring my dog along for an additional fee since she also enjoys beach getaways! Will be returning ASAP and recommending to all my friends & family!

Great dog friendly rental in OBX! Having grass and a small fenced yard for late/early potty breaks was so convenient. Our dog relaxed right away on arrival, immediately getting a drink and dog biscuit from the provided bowls. What a rare treat to find a place so special for our four-legged family members. :-D Everything was very clean and comfortable and cozy. Loved reading in the sunroom. The house was stocked with more than we could possibly imagine needing in terms of food and supplies (so it's a bit cluttered and not a lot of space for your own items, but nothing you cannot work around). As others have said, definitely felt more like HOME than a rental and we truly appreciated that! Thanks for sharing your home and for a lovely getaway!

The OBX treehouse was a great place to stay in OBX! Short walk to the beach, nice updates and very clean upon arrival. We very much enjoyed our stay!

I had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage was spotless, very clean, beds were comfortable, it was exactly how it is depicted and described. I needed a place to decompress after my dad’s funeral and this was just the place. I traveled with my German Shepherd and we were able to take long walks on the beach right across the street. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and communicated when the place was ready early. Would totally recommend.

We got married directly on the beach from Josh's house in a small intimate ceremony. Our family had so much fun in the house during the week. The kids loved the heated pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub at night. The house was beautiful and had places for everyone to hang out. We enjoyed the pool table and watched a few movies in the cinema room. Josh was very responsive to the few questions I had. We are already talking about when our next trip to the obx will be!

Seas and Stays allowed us to have a perfect vacation! The location was exactly what we wanted, the host was amazing, and the house was beautiful! Our family vacation was perfect, and so memorable! Super close to the beach, a private pool, and great amenities at the house! We will absolutely be booking again! Traveling with kids is never easy, and seas and stays made it a breeze! Our family loved spending the week here! The incredible kitchen is so well stocked and fun to cook in, the beds are all very comfortable, and the location is great - easy beach access and beautiful views. It’s walkable to a lovely coffee shop and movement studio, and close to any and all amenities you may need while still feeling private.

Kate’s place was wonderful. Despite not staying during the best weather conditions, my family had tons of fun and enjoyed the amenities provided. Will definitely book again in the future!

We loved our stay in Hatteras at the Isle Be Back! James was a great host - communicated well - both proactive and responsive. The listing was very consistent with our experience. We utilized the kayaks and one of the bikes, as well as the sand toys. It was wonderful for my kiddos to have an indoor, heated pool (which was very secure to keep them safe when we weren’t swimming). Great location. Very close to a few great beaches and the ferry docks. We would love to come back!

The house is perfect, location is perfect, very close to the sea. the kids' room was very cozy. I really loved the fact that each room has its own bathroom. the house is very close to variety of restaurants and attractions. our only critique is that there was a construction next to the house, which made noises during the day, however both Carrie and Joshua were very kind and generous and offer us different compensation, which we really appreciated. One of the best houses we been by far.

Everything was exactly as described! What a great place to stay. Just heads up — if there are people staying in the unit above, you can definitely hear noise, but as long as you go into it expecting that possibility, no problem!

Our stay was lovely! Everything in the house is quality. Comfortable beds, quality kitchen supplies, convenient ice machine, lovely decks. Beauty in the details inside and outside the house. From a hose to wash your sandy feet before entry, baby gate at the stair, a wooden tray to carry your coffee and breakfast to the porch with views of the ocean, to throw blankets in every room for snuggling under while watching your favorite movie on the many selections. The dogs were comfy and so were the two kids. Puzzles and board games in the cupboard, beach towels and muslin bath towels to dry off. Loved everything about our stay. Steps away from the beach at any time and laying on the roof deck at night to watch the stars. Mark was extremely responsive, sending a short video on how to use the nest HVAC. Super comfortable pillows for both back and side sleepers. Blackout curtains helped for those who need them. We slept with the windows open every night enjoying the waves. Had a magical trip.

We come to the OBX, specifically Southern Nags Head every year. This house is by far our favorite. We usually get a home that is right on the beach, but this house sits one house back. We found this to be even better than oceanfront. The house is positioned so you can see the ocean between the two homes in front. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick. We love the keyless entry - don't think I can go back to having to keep up with a key anymore. The house was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped - even had an air fryer! We had brought our own, but didn't need to bring it in. Our favorite spot (well, other than the beach) was sitting on the screened in porch looking out at the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet - seems that most of the homes on the street are not rentals. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 in regards to the price, but it appears that most of the homes in this area have more expensive rent just since last year.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We had never been to Outer Banks and felt right at home! We enjoyed the ping pong table, kayaks, and the outdoor enclosed porch. It was a quiet neighborhood, and we even saw deer graze in the yard. Overall, we'd love to come back to stay here for a peaceful vacation!

Janelle and Adrian are absolutely wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful and perfect. In every way the second you walk in you feel like you are on vacation and you don’t wanna leave. We actually extended our stay because the house was so beautiful and the location of the home was so perfect that we Just needed that one more night before we were ready to say goodbye. They are so quick to respond if you have a problem with anything and they immediately fix it for you I will never use any other Airbnb again when traveling to that area.

Sherry’s place was spacious and well-equipped. Sherry herself was so kind - she helped us out with a car battery issue by lending us a charger. Quick response times and an overall great weekend!

Our stay at Sea Heaven was perfect! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We spent most of our time on the top deck enjoying the beautiful views. The outdoor shower was also a house favorite. We highly recommend staying at Sea Heaven.
