The cottage is a walkable mile (+/-) from Allagash Brewing (and the 4 other breweries there), and is within walking distance (.5 mi) of the restaurants and bars at Morrill's Corner. This is an LBGTQIA- and BIPOC-friendly space.

Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

The farm looks out onto fields and woods in the back but sits on Rt 35 which is a not a highway, it's a country road, but people drive on it like it's the interstate.
