Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

Great space with big kitchen and living room. Comfy beds and couches. Okk a very busy road but a fenced back yard. Would stay again

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! Wonderful place to go back to and get rest after a whole day of reunion activities. We booked the place for a weekend, and shared with two classmates of mine. There was enough space for us all to have a separate bedroom and bathroom with our +1, comfortable common area, and coffee available in the kitchen to start the day. Really lovely surroundings too - it was nice to wake up and walk our dog around the space with chickens, horses, and llamas in view. This would be a great space for visitors with a kid also.

We were 3 college roommates meeting for a little reunion after 53 years! The house was set up nicely for 3 seniors. It was very clean and the location is perfect. We walked to shops and the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We made many wonderful memories.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

We have stayed at Carol’s other campers but this was our first time at Trigger’s cabin. Great rustic accommodations and a beautiful spot right on the pond. It is such a peaceful spot to disconnect and enjoy nature. Carol is a great host and we plan to be back again.

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and felt right at home. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and respond very quickly. The instructions they left couldn’t be more clear. We definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay here another time in the future!

Needed a good home base while in town for the marathon. Easy to use the bus to connect to the redline and get everywhere I had to go! Balcony was beautiful and neighborhood felt quiet and safe!

We loved our stay at Dogtown cabin. The cabin is in the middle of the woods and is also close to everything. Azure and Darwin are excellent hosts. Thank you Eric and Julie for sharing your home!

The place was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful & fast with responding to our questions the bedrooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to visit.

We were in the area for a wedding and wanted a dog-friendly place to stay! The property looks like the photos, was clean, and was a great spot for us to stay with our dog, Penny. Hoang was very responsive and gave great information to make sure we didn't have any issues once we got to the property. We definitely enjoyed our stay :)

Location is excellent (walkable to everything) and our dogs were very comfortable. Lisa was very responsive and let us check in a bit earlier. The apartment was clean and comfortable too

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.
