🥰🥰🥰The apartment has a perfect location, an ideal place, and a stunning view. The apartment itself is wonderful inside—clean and fully equipped with everything needed for living. The owner has provided absolutely every convenience imaginable, from drinking water to sunflower oil and even laundry detergent. Marisa herself is an amazing person—very caring, thoughtful, and attentive. This is the best option if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place by the sea to relax in a clean, lovely, and harmonious atmosphere❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Aucune surprise, tout était comme mentionné. L’emplacement est idéale, les services proposés sont top (piscine, salle de sport, l’accueil par les receptionnaistes de la résidence…). La communication a été facile, ils sont très réactif et disponible.

As I’ve stayed in many different locations around Dubai, Emaar beachfront, boat harbour is my favourite place. I seem to feel at home every time I travel to that location. Hemlataa place is well equipped to meet anyone’s expectations the building itself has all the amenities needed for a great stay Hemlataa was very punctual,responsive and her staff were extremely helpful with checking as I arrived early it wasn’t a problem,the view from the balcony was great I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks Hemlataa for the stay it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling to this location.

What a treasure! Stunning views, spacious and elegant apartment , grocery store downstairs. Best of all was the host, Adam. I was jet lagged and foggy and had a minor issue I could have easily solved myself, Adam dashed over and solved it for me, and was super friendly World class!

The apartment was exactly as described - modern and clean. The location and Community was lovely, and we overlooked the pool. We also had access to the lagoon - beach and pool. There were lots of cafes around too. Sirat was a great host - he provided all the information we needed prior to check-in and was always very responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend Sirat and the apartment for an enjoyable stay in Dubai.
