Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. The vintage studio was perfect for me for two weeks. It’s in a great location with all the major sites walkable in 10-20 minutes including the station. There are great restaurants and bars nearby but the triple glazing means it is really quiet inside. Salvatore is so kind and helpful even bringing me a brand new kettle for my English tea ! And a toaster which is handy. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely come back to stay here when I am back in wonderful Florence.

Elias is the best host we have encountered in all our travels. He will meet you on arrival, help unload the car and give you all the local recommendations. It was very helpful! His place is amazing, even better than the pictures. Very clean, spacious and great furniture. It is a short walk up the hill to old town which we visited most days to experience the great restaurants, views and wine! I couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks Elias!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon einmal dort und es hat uns genauso gut gefallen wie damals. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Bruno ist super und hat uns sehr gut betreut während des Aufenthalts. Auch die Tips von Paolo waren sehr hilfreich. Verpasst nicht während des Sonnenuntergangs durch die Olivenhaine hinter dem Haus zu spazieren. Wir kommen wieder.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Beautiful apartment! Spacious and stylish, perfect for a family. Responsive host, who was keen to make things work for us. Conveniently located close to city centre, easy walk to attractions, shops and restaurants, Only down side is morning traffic noise. Located in the middle of a busy intersection. Host very generously extended our check out. We loved this stay, amazing value for money…just take your loops for a morning sleep in.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

Siamo state 3 notti a casa di Karla e Luca e non potevamo trovarci meglio. La casa è assolutamente deliziosa, la abbiamo trovata pulitissima e attrezzata al meglio. La posizione è super centrale ma nonostante ciò molto tranquilla. Insomma, assolutamente da consigliare! Gentilissima Karla e super disponibile. Grazie ancora!

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti nella casa di Stefano e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'alloggio è pulitissimo e ben organizzato, non manca nulla, c' è tutto quello che serve per vivere al meglio il soggiorno, compreso un piccolo giardino ben attrezzato e le biciclette con cui spostarsi nei dintorni. Stefano è stato molto presente e sua mamma gentilissima e molto attenta alle nostre esigenze. Sicuramente torneremo!

Stefano and Carlos were amazing, very helpful. They even gave my daughter and her fiancé a bottle of Prosciutto for their upcoming wedding. Easy access to center of town. We will definitely be back!

This Florence Airbnb was perfect—beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location near everything. The outdoor space with a view of the Duomo was the perfect place to relax after a long day of site seeing. The host gave great recommendations and made us feel completely at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! We had a wonderful week at this beautiful flat! Everything was spotless upon arrival – the cleanliness was truly impressive. The bathroom was one of the highlights, with a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The apartment was not only well but also very generously equipped – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, everything we could possibly need was there. I personally appreciated the fresh and crisp bed sheets, the generous amount of towels, and the great selection of pillows – these details made a big difference. Everything was clearly prepared with a lot of love and care, and we felt at home immediately. A big thank you to Gianluca for being such a wonderful host, and to Alessandro, who gave us a warm welcome, helped with our luggage, and provided clear instructions about where to park. Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

Heel smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg rustig en slechts circa 15 minuten lopen naar het prachtige oude centrum van Perugia met heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes. Om de hoek van het appartement zit trouwens ook een leuke bar. Echt een aanrader

The place was gorgeous and located walking distance to the center of town. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding area. Very comfortable. Next time we find ourselves in Italy we will definitely stay at Federico’s place. I highly recommend his 4th floor penthouse to anyone visiting Siena.
