Best properties we stayed at in a while! Very peaceful and quiet. We had a blast hanging out at the lake during the day and by the fire pit at night. highly recommend!

To start, this place was absolutely perfect for me and my soon to be wife to spend a few perfect, peaceful days. The host (Emily) was amazing! The house was quiet, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The free parking space provided close to downtown was amazing! Basically everything about our stay and the house was more than bargained for. If you're looking for a nice little tucked away paradise you've found it with Emily's place!

Adrian was a fantastic host—very attentive and communicative throughout our stay. The property was perfect for us and our dogs, who absolutely loved every moment. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and hope to return again soon. Highly recommend!

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

Excellent location, location, location! Diego was extremely communicative and responsive. Clean and nice fenced backyard for our dogs. We will stay again!

Julie was an amazing host! She was very communicative and friendly, and the home is truly right by lots of different Springs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Gibbs' place was great - very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A short drive to all of St. Augustine's action and the parking pass saved me a LOT of money. Totally worth it!

Pros: (there are lots) Wonderful accommodations for children! Roland goes above and beyond with all the wonderful baby & kids things available for use at the home. (Crib, bassinet, bouncers, toys, amazing children’s room). Lots of safety features including built in room sound monitors and extra locks to outdoor spaces. Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious, plenty of room for families. Beds are comfortable. Pool/hot tub outside area were perfect & thats where we spent most of our time! Cons: Could use a deep cleaning. & if you’re freaked out from bugs may not be a good fit. Overall we loved our stay at Roland’s & my daughter was obsessed with the house beds! My son loved the hot tub 😎

It was a very quaint, cute, and enjoyable experience. Check in and check out was easy with great accommodations. Our hostess was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. My family and myself really enjoyed our stay in this historic house especially with it being a short walking distance to many of the areas restaurants and activities. We would definite stay again if given the chance!

Well-located, convenient, quiet location. Nice, roomy and comfortable unit. Undine (host) very accommodating, responsive and welcoming. Would recommend to others and likely to stay here when we visit in the future.

We stayed here for Jeep Beach and it was a lovely time! The room was great and so were the amenities. We will be back for sure.

Charles and Fayes places was perfect in every way. Specious apartment and the porch was a perfect place to sit out on after a busy day. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit St. Augustine.

Great location and place was perfect for us two and our doodles! Found a great off leash fenced dog park nearby too! Private surroundings and next to awesome Bronx pizza Italian dinner spot right next door!! Huyen was super awesome and responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

You couldn't ask for nicer people or how generous they are. You will not be disappointed with your staying it's 1 day or 14 days! The planning that went into this Airbnb was well thought out inside & out. Bed was extremely comfortable and you get so much space and plenty of parking. Close to stores, beach or Orlando. We will always stay here when we are in Florida, we even changed our minds on outings so we could just stay there and relax on her beautiful property with our own patio.

The Villa was delightful! Great location, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close walk or golf cart ride to Sumpter Landing, very convenient! The pool was very close with many friendly neighbors, had a great time meeting the Villagers. We loved the décor, very nice furnishings! Secluded backyard with a gas grill that worked great! Enjoyed many meals on the patio and quiet time in the morning reading and sipping coffee! The golf cart was great, had a brilliant time riding around the community! Tayana was a gracious host, very good communication and no issues at all. Would definitely recommend Tayana!

What a beautiful gem this home was, tucked away in a quiet,charming neighborhood within walking distance of St. Augustine's historic district. The morning view of the sunrise over the marsh right across from the home was a breathtaking and soothing site to see from the cozy porch. The home retained its vintage appeal with a touch of modern accents such as spotlights, plasma screen tvs, and outdoor shower overlooking bamboo forestry. Beds were so comfortable and home had all amenities such as towels, cookware, iron, etc. Courtyard was so expansive and kids loved playing there. Highly Recommend :-)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨

This place is absolutely lively. A real home from home. Great location close to downtown but still quiet. The place is very light with so many windows. It was spotlessly clean overall when we arrived with plenty of fresh bedding and towels. Perhaps the only tiny criticism was that the cleaner had not done the inside of the fridge but that is being a little picky. (it only took a minute to fix). I would love to go back again. overall definitely 5 star.

The home and host were both great. They have to charge what they do to keep the riiffraff out. It is a smart home w/ all the amenities you need. The elevator was helpful. I blew a circuit. She let us know immediately where the circuit breaker was. The alarm wouldn’t stop beeping. She had a tech out right away. She accommodated us with check in and out based on our flights. And luckily we were out of storm Debbie’s way! It was a great place to unwind and I am impressed how well we were able to unplug from work. We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Todd’s place was perfect for our visit to see family in the area. Everyone came over and fished, then grilled our catch of the day. The home is clean, comfortable and close to everything, 5 minutes to two grocery stores, lots of restaurants and 40 minutes to the theme parks. Todd is helpful and friendly and we look forward to our next stay!

This home and property is absolutely spectacular. The home is beautiful and the lake on the property is breathtaking and peaceful. This place is a 10 out of 10 if you are looking for a peaceful and gorgeous getaway with friends or family and very close to downtown St. Augustine.
