Located 15 minutes from RDU airport and less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Durham and Duke University. This is a tiny house so while it is small you have a full kitchen, loft bedroom, living area, and a bathroom. In addition we also have an outdoor fire pit. Our space is the perfect place for couples or individuals looking to experience the tiny house lifestyle.

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
