This property is also perfect for those coming to town for Fish Lake, sporting events, Snow College South activities, outdoor recreation, or the world famous Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree (we have PLENTY of ATV/UTV parking space!). Come relax at our comfortable basement apartment with private outside entrance. Treat yourself to a BBQ, roast hotdogs, have a family game night, take a walk to the park or just relax and catch a show on Disney+ or Amazon Prime. Enjoy our safe and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beautiful Lions park, skate park and swimming pool. We're only a few blocks from the entrance to the Paiute ATV/UTV trail system and popular mountain biking trails (and shuttle meeting place).

Cozy Cabin near Beaver

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful mountain cabin. This cozy destination is nestled in a wooded forest and is the perfect getaway to just relax or enjoy the nearby trails and reservoirs. Take in the sound of birds from the deck or watch the sunset next to the fireplace. If you need to work or catch up on your to do list we have unlimited Starlink internet. The cabin is located 1/2 mile down a dirt road and best accessible with AWD or 4x4 vehicle although not required in the summer.

Home Base Resort #5

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a roll away bed. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we do charge 20 pet fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

La Casita on Main

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

Little Red Barn at Wildland Gardens

This unique comfy space is located on our 10-acre boutique farm/nursery in a beautiful landscape and Dark Night Skies. It is a cozy camp in any season with 1 queen and 2 twin beds in the loft and accessed by a ladder. Includes supplemental heat/AC, fire pit, picnic table and a shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.
