⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hidden Gem — Unforgettable Stay! Asa Villa is hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed. It’s absolutely massive — way bigger than most villas you’ll find. Usually places like this are not being rented for tourist stays, its TOP level of villa for Bali. The villa is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained with huge pool, multiple relaxing areas. All decorated in style, super clean 👌 It offers total peace and privacy. The view over the jungle and ocean is breathtaking — it truly feels like your own private paradise. The owners and local staff are wonderful, welcoming, and make everything feel even more special. If you’re lucky enough to find Asa Villa available, book it immediately. Places like this come around extremely rarely , and I’m already dreaming of my next visit. Hint - don’t be afraid of location a bit outside main city area - you can easily order all you need delivered by grab/Gojek if you are not feeling like going shopping yourself 😉

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le domaine n’est pas facile d’accès, mais l’équipe met tout en œuvre pour vous faciliter la tâche. Le logement est magnifique, et l’équipe très sympathique. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Superbe villa que nous recommandons si vous êtes de passage à Bali. Le personnel travaillant à la villa est bienveillant, toujours souriant et serviable, c’est tres agreable. La villa est très confortable que ce soit pour le salon, la terrasse et les chambres. Grand plus pour la piscine, très grande mais également très bien entretenue! Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Remco et le personnel sont très réactifs à nos demandes.

Sehr luxuriöse Villa mit riesigem Pool und direktem Meerzugang. Das Gebäude ist erst wenige Jahre alt. Sehr schönes, modernes Design von innen. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen. Wir wurden jeden Tag frisch nach unseren Wünschen (vegetarisch oder mit Fleisch) bekocht. Das Personal war sehr dezent, aber jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Es war für uns beide eine unvergessliche Woche; wir kommen gerne wieder. 10/10

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette Villa somptueuse!! Un espace immense et une décoration de très bon goût! Le cadre est incroyable et le confort est optimal!! Seule deception, ne pas y rester assez longtemps pour en profiter! On y est tellement bien!! Je recommande vivement!!!

Amazing villa. We had the entire property for ourselves. My wife and I had an outstanding stay. Especially grateful for nice touches such as a bathtub full of flowers for her birthday. They helped schedule a pro photographer for us on our tours. We had a floating breakfast in the pool. There were countless moments made memorable by the staff’s constant efforts to go the extra mile. The file was great. And when given enough notice they made every effort to have the ingredients required for you next meal. They even made things that weren’t on the menu if we gave them enough time for prepping. They just did everything right. Can’t wait to go back!

The host and his staff were amazing and responded to our every need. Overall we would stay again and the drivers; Jul Geden and Putu were amazing, they always had great ideas for attractions and was super at driving us around to those attractions. We love everything about what we experienced and more with this house.

Wir waren 6 Personen (darunter 2 Teenager mit 14 und 16 Jahren) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Tini und das gesamte Team haben uns kulinarisch verwöhnt und jeden Menü-Wunsch erfüllt! Sie erledigte jeden Tag den Einkauf und organisierte alles was wir brauchten! Der Strand direkt vor der Villa wurde jeden Tag gereinigt - ansonsten ist der gesamte Strandbereich sehr stark verschmutzt und eigentlich nicht zum Baden geeignet! Lawrence antwortet sehr schnell und freundlich! Er war eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Mathan! Danke an Lawrence, Tini und dem gesamten Team!

"We are a family of 15 people, ranging in age from 4 to 78 years, who spent 13 wonderful days at Villa Shanti. Everything was perfect. The house is exceptionally well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fitness room, private football field, pool table, and a 70-inch TV. The staff is incredibly kind, efficient, and always very helpful in arranging tours and accommodating when it came to our meal preferences. The quality of the cooking was outstanding and varied. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool was always clean and safe, even for small children. A few minor technical issues during our stay were promptly addressed. One downside was the distance to the town. A car or scooter is needed to get there. The house only accepts cash for purchases made through the staff, which can be inconvenient. The place is amazing, you really feel super connected and immersed in nature, you can expect to meet all sorts of animals and insects! Each room is unique and feels carefully curated and designed. The pool and gardens are so beautiful and the staff are super friendly. Such a great location to experience rural Bali. Ita is so helpful and helps to arrange and provide anything you need or want. It was a great place to host a yoga retreat, the only consideration is due to some of the walls not going up to the ceiling you can hear easily in other rooms.

My family spent a week here, the property looked exactly like the photos. The villa staff really made the experience, cleaning our rooms daily and being on hand to prepare daily breakfasts (loved the fresh fruit and juices!) and being available to arrange in villa massages and experiences. We also had the staff prepare a few dinners, these were OK in taste/quality and convenient. (Due to the distance you can't entirely rely on Gojek/Grab for food delivery.) Location wise it's idyllic, very peaceful and you are far from crowds. It took us about an hour to get to Ubud centre. If you plan on occasional trips there during your trip then I'd recommend it. On the other hand, if you plan to spend everyday in Ubud then the travel time could be annoying. Overall loved our stay and would do so again if we were in the area!!

Потрясающая вилла!! Невероятно красивая территория, джунгли словно из фильма, пение птиц по утрам! Нам понравилось буквально все! Уютные спальни, комфортные большие кровати, очень удобные матрасы. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой, полноценная кухня с посудомойкой – что не часто встретишь на Бали. Все чисто и уютно! Персонал очень отзывчивый, девушки помогли нам разложить и погладить вещи. Утром нам приготовили вкуснейший плавучий завтрак, спасибо Кадеку еще раз! И отдельное спасибо за фотографии в бассейне, огромное удовольствие плавать в бассейне и видом на каньон. Вилла такая уютная и красивая, что совсем не хочется уезжать, мы вернемся сюда на более длительный срок 100 процентов! Это тот редкий случай когда фото не передают всей красоты и масштаба виллы! Спасибо, едем дальше на север!

We loved our stay at villa padma. Yuli the housekeeper is very helpful and caring. The pool and garden are like a dream come true. Everything you need is there. Love to come back one day.

We had an incredible stay at this truly special villa. Nestled in the middle of lush rice terraces, coconut trees, and mountains, the setting is absolutely breathtaking—photos don’t do it justice. Our host, Romain, was brilliant—very responsive and helpful, providing lots of useful information and suggestions before our stay. But what made the trip unforgettable was Koplo, our driver and guide. He lives in the village and gave us a real insight into Balinese life—introducing us to his family, showing us around his village, and taking us well off the tourist trail. Highlights included Batukaru Temple at sunrise, cycling through the Jatiluwih rice terraces on e-bikes, stopping at a coffee plantation and a natural hot spring—all organised by Koplo. He also arranged delicious Balinese meals cooked at the villa. If you're after nightlife and beaches, this place isn't for you. But if you want peace, nature, stunning scenery and an authentic cultural experience, Villa Loti is perfect!

Рекомендую эту виллу, для тех кто любит тишину и домашнюю обстановку!)) Красивое место с шикарным 12 метровым бассейном и выходом на собственный пляж с океаном в трех метрах от виллы! Отдыхал с семье неделю, всем очень понравилось!! Как для меня есть один маленький минус, телевизор старого образца, без возможности подключения интернета ( Все остальное просто супер!!!

Kadek was a great host! We were only staying for 2 nights but it was a great location as it was walking distance (15-20 mins) to the dolphin tour. Great villa and the pool area is sublime. Highly recommend this place

Ich habe die Villa spontan gebucht. Der Gastgeber ist Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat viele Tips für die Umgebung. Er managt die Villa selbst und mit Herzblut. Er hat beim Bau an vielen gedacht. Ich babe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We hebben een geweldige paar dagen gehad in deze villa! De omgeving is prachtig. Het uitzicht vanuit de tuin is heel bijzonder. We komen zeker terug!
