You cannot come to Kotor and not stay at Villa Tor. The villa and it's views are beyond stunning. Mladjen met us at the Villa early, showed us how to use everything and was always a text away if we needed anything. I would absolutely recommend Mladjen and his villa without a doubt!!

Djuro and Jovan were very responsive and no question or request of ours seemed like too much. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to provide accurate and reliable information about the local traffic, good RV parking spots, places to visit, food/restaurants to try etc. The camper was pristine - looked brand new. The beds are very comfortable (definitely exceeded our expectations). Lastly, Montenegro is such a gem of a destination - definitely worth exploring!

Dragana is very responsive and promptly helped with any questions, and her apartment deserves special attention - it's not just an apartment, but a whole museum. If you want to feel like kings and queens, then this option is perfect for you, the interior is gorgeous. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The main promenade of Tivat with luxury yachts and restaurants is just a 7-minute walk away, and it is also a great place for walking.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Dragan ואישתו המקסימה Mira קיבלו אותנו בהתראה ממש קצרה, מעכשיו לעכשיו. הגענו רק מאוחר בערב. הנסיעה הארוכה לבית היתה בחושך בדרכים צרות ומפותלות מאוד והגענו מותשות. מייד התקבלנו בחיוכים ובקבלת פנים חמה על ידי שניהם ושני הכלבים המתוקים שלהם, מזגו לנו שנאפס ושרי ביתיים להפיג את הלחץ מהנסיעה הארוכה, ואבטיח מתוק טעים וצונן, קבלת הפנים הנעימה ביותר שזכיתי לה בבית כלשהו. הוילה וסביבתה נראים כמו club med, הכל נקי בצורה יוצאת דופן, פורח ומטופח מאוד. אנשים לבביים ומקסימים, המליצו לנו גם על חוף ים ממש יפה במרחק שעה שאליו מגיעים רק מקומיים, מומלץ בחום (תשאלו אותם ) היינו שם רק ללילה אחד כי למחרת הכל היה מוזמן לצערנו, ממש לא רצינו לעזוב, נקווה שנגיע לשם שוב תודה רבה על הכל🤗

Hi just wanna say about my stay in Luka place .Extremely nice people both brothers ,place nice and clean and beautiful location,and especially the view from balcony towards sea.Becici beach not far away from the Luka place.just wanted to recommend this nice and quiet place to anyone who comes to Budva.

We stayed in Boris's condo for the month of June. The property has a hotel on the first floor and the remainder of the 8 floors are privately owned condos. Since there is a hotel, it is staffed 24/7 with people who speak several languages including English. Our check in was made with the staff who showed us to the unit and gave us the electronic keys for door and elevator entry. The unit is small but perfect for a couple. We were very comfortable and there was also a balcony with a table and chairs with views toward the harbor and peekaboo of the sea. It's just a 10-minute walk to the beach where there are many restaurants and bars that line the walkways and beach. We loved staying in this unit and would like to stay here again when we come back to the beautiful city of Bar.
