We stayed in this apartment for two months and absolutely loved it! The place is perfect – bright, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view is simply stunning and made every day feel like a holiday. A big thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely love to come back again!

We stayed for 3 nights at Sinisa’s place in Budva and it made our holiday! It’s been Newley refurbished, in a great location to the old town and the view from the living room, main bedroom and spacious balcony is absolutely incredible. Budva as a whole is one of the best places I’ve ever been to and I can’t wait to book the room again! Thanks again Sinisa

I'm satisfied overall Pros: 1. Bed is high and comfortable 2. Plenty of space in bathroom, huge mirror 3. Washing machine with included dryer 4. Private patio for yoga, workout 5. Private parking spot 6. Sveti Stefan is 15m walk through park 7. Huge and new fridge 8. TVs with Netflix in both rooms 9. ACs in both rooms 10. Reliable internet Things to improve: 1. Microwave (we were cooking at home mainly) 2. Don't feed cats at patio - they're leaving brown surprises afterwards) if you'd like to feed them - better at other place)))

Отличные апартаменты. Мы жили 2 недели. И очень рады , что выбрали эту квартиру. В квартире все как на фото, даже лучше. 2 ванных комнаты. Диван в гостиной большой. Все работало. Есть Wi-Fi. Телевизор подключается через интернет. Посудомоечная и стиральная машины. Есть сушилка для белья с прищепками на балконе. Гладильная доска с утюгом. Посуды достаточно. Кровати широкие. Для 3-4 человек идеально. Есть подземная парковка. Мы были , когда было очень жарко. В квартире 3 кондиционера. Но нам хватало одного в гостиной включать на ночь. Электрические жалюзи на окнах. Полное затемнение. Очень жесткие матрасы. Но мы привыкли.Слив в одной ванной плохо работал. Мало парковочных мест возле дома. Дом находится немного на горе. Метров 300. Но мы пешком ни разу не ходили. На пляж и в рестораны ездили на машине. В Бечичи возле пляжа есть огромная парковка. Стоит 5 евро в день. Небольшой магазин 20 метров от дома.Очень рекомендую. Нам все понравилось. Продукты лучше покупать в сети VOLI.

Good apartment, nice place

A super apartment - spacious, clean and kitted out with everything you could need (including for our little one, thank you!). The pool in the apartment complex was a huge bonus for us - clean, generally not busy and well stocked with umbrellas and sunbeds. But for a bit more hustle and bustle, the apartment is a stone's throw from the beach and main promenade which goes all the way to Budva old town, with lots of restaurants, bars etc. minutes away. It also has an excellent car parking space (inside), which is a real win, we found. Lastly, Nemanja was a fab host - quick at responding to questions and proactive with recommendations. All in all, apartment highly recommended!

This apartment definitely exceeded my expectations. It's much more spacious than I expected for a studio and the balcony was superb. Everything was very clean upon arrival and Boris had a friend meet me at the apartment for check-in. The location is superb because you have a few of the sea, the old town, and more, with the ability to walk in just a few minutes and arrive at the harbor, the beach, or the old town. There is also a grocery store right around the corner, so this was very convenient during my 1-month stay. Of course, this also means that restaurants and cafes are also very close. I never had any problems with Wifi or hot water, so everything was fully functional with no issues. The building was very quiet & peaceful, which was great for me as a remote worker. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, 10/10. I highly recommend.

This air bnb I was my saviour after my first night is the worst I had ever had through Airbnb. I needed something for my remaining two nights and Nikola’s apartment was modern, clean, central and he was right there to help me when I needed it. He also helped to sort my bus ticket to my next destination when it needed printed. I am forever grateful. It is an amazing apartment, the best is huge and comfortable and I loved the shower! Definitely recommend!

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

Amazing place to stay. Great location in Dobrota walkable to old town and close by beaches / restaurants and lovely walks along the water front. Can’t recommend enough, the host was super friendly and flexible with check in and outs and very kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

From the first moment our stay in apartment was just amazing. The apartment is large, clean, cozy and you can find literally everything you need and there is large terrace with a beautiful view. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and there are shops around the apartment. Marjan is really the best and the warmest host we have met and he will help you in any matter, at any time. He also helped with getting to the airport, which was a great help for us. We are very grateful for everything, thank you very much for this wonderful holiday!

The house itself was great but the road in was very tight and difficult to navigate.

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

A little piece of paradise tucked away in the hills above the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The house is comfortable (with effective air-conditioning and reliable WiFi), but it's the large outside space that really steals the show - lots of terraces with seating and umbrellas or trees for shade, we enjoyed eating all our meals in different places! Relaxing with a cool beer and a book with those amazing views and the sound of the cicadas was heavenly. The kids loved the pool (which is bigger than it appears in the photos) and it's all wonderfully private. As mentioned in other reviews, the 10-mins drive up from Morinj is steep and narrow (don't rent too big a car!), and it took a while to get used to parking in the steep driveway, so this place is not suitable for nervous drivers, or in fact for anyone with mobility problems. There is loads to do in the area - you could have a chilled-out beach holiday, soak up historic culture, or enjoy hiking and watersports. Perast, Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Herceg Novi are all within easy reach. The tourist areas and beaches were busy, but we had expected that in July. Alexandra and Gunther were fantastic hosts and always responded promptly with loads of information including practical details and tourist tips. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!
