This Georgian market town has lots of charm, and is the home to the famous Hall and Woodhouse brewery and their flagship hotel The Crown. The Hive is a 2 minute walk to the trailway, which is perfect for walkers, runners and cyclists. Blandford Forum is just 15 miles from the Sandbanks beach, and a short drive from the Jurassic coast. Blandford is also the home to Teddy Rocks music festival.

The cottage is a lovely grade II, listed, historic, thatched cottage. It's in a conservation area which is also in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are lots of great local country walks. It’s also a central base to visit all that Dorset has to offer; from beaches and beauty spots to country towns. The Crown pub is in the centre of the village, only 5 minutes walk away. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.
