My family of 5 had an absolutely wonderful stay! The views are better than the pictures!! We arrived at night, I would recommend arriving during day to get the initial feel of the breathtaking views of the ocean that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. When we woke up (just a few hrs after getting in) the sunrise from the balcony was truly magical. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed minus food of course 🤭—from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. Every detail was clearly considered with comfort in mind. We also loved having access to both indoor and outdoor pools, which gave the whole family something to enjoy no matter the weather. The location couldn’t be better—steps from the beach and close to local dining and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I look forward to visiting again as a family and or just a romantic getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful condo.

Great relaxing retreat!! The oceanfront porch was priceless. We spent so much time out there. The owners were so responsive and flexible. We had two 18 year olds who had fun playing basketball, hanging out on the beach and touring around. We hope to go back soon.

This was a great experience from the first attempt to book at the last minute. Ervisa was quick to respond so we could relax and know we had a place to stay that night. We had stayed at several places during our vacation and this was by far the nicest and SUPER clean. They were again very accommodating when we wanted to add on a night. I only wish we had more time to actually hang out and enjoy the place.

Here are some highlights: Location: The property is ideally situated just 10 miles away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning walks and sunset views. The local area has plenty of restaurants, shops and offers fun outdoor activities. Accommodation: The condo was clean, and well-decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, and having a kitchenette made meal prep a breeze. Amenities: I especially loved the pool access! This area was perfect for relaxing, soaking up the sun and cooler evening swims. Plus, the beach gear provided (like chairs and umbrellas) was a nice touch. To say that this was the best vacation I think I’ve ever had is an understatement!! The amenities, the staff, the guests, the service….was impeccable. And any time I messaged William, he responded almost immediately. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow about what we needed to do…which wasn’t much. We spent the entire vacation relaxing and having fun. It is definitely one we will never forget.

This place is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Could even be used for 4 people since the living room has a good amount of space. The oceanfront view on the large deck is incredible. Perfectly out of the way too but less than 5 minutes from food and groceries. Highly recommend ordering from Cape Fear Boil Seafood Company and eating it on the deck. Your own ocean front seafood meal. Would love to visit again.

Suzy is an awesome host! “Debby” was on the way into Myrtle Beach and as flights were being cancelled, Suzy offered to refund us if we chose to cancel. We decided to take the chance,rental cars were booked and everyone arrived safely. Weather was crappy for 4 days but the house was the perfect choice for us because of the “extras” of games and cards. We spent a lot of time indoors and under the carport hanging out which might not have been possible if we were in a condo like I normally rent.The house is very spacious, very clean, filled with everything you need for your stay.Suzy was great at answering quickly when I did have a random question and also with the check out procedure.Another great part of renting from Suzy was checking in.You receive the door code and all info is inside the house, unlike the lines of people standing outside that we saw at rental agencies. After a long drive, we were thankful. We will be checking Suzys availability to stay next year again.Highly Recommend

Julie’s house in Oak Island was amazing! My family and I had a great time!! The only issue we had was the hot tub turned green the last few days there and had a weird smell. We wish there was something to clean it so we could have continued to use it. Other than that we had the best time and loved all the recommendations that were given! We will be back!

Nice convenient location, nice cozy house. Very clean and spacious. The only negative comment is it would be nice if you provided bar soap.

What a sweet little beach house. This house isn’t fancy, but I wasn’t expecting it to be AND it had everything we needed for a fun visit on the island! Hosts were wonderful and accommodating.

I brought three teenagers on Spring Break and stayed here and it was absolutely perfect in every way. We want to come back so soon! It felt like home immediately and like a destination we will always remember fondly. Amy was amazing in anything we needed and the home worked so well for us. I loved the location and how walkable it was to the beach, getting in the pool in the early mornings and the most amazing view from the top deck. Highly recommend this home and all the area has to offer!

Monica's place was great, and Monica is super friendly! I love an old home and this one is super cute! It was clean, and the beds were so comfy. If we are ever in Wilmington in the future, I would definitely book Monica's place again.

Loved our stay at Ainsley’s place for a family wedding in beautiful Bald Head Island! The home is beautiful and well-appointed, great 6-person golf cart, several bikes—everything needed to explore and enjoy the island! And prompt responses from Ainsley whenever we had a question!
