One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a TV as well. The kitchen has everything you need to make dinner at home or grab something from a local restaurant and enjoy it at the dining room table or out back. Come check out this tranquil getaway located within 10-15 miles of Kirksville, 1000 Hillls State Park, Truman State/ATSU, and hundreds of acres of public hunting/conservation land. This little cabin is a one bedroom, one bath tiny home that is located off the beaten path and is tucked away in the woods. The space comfortably sleeps four people (with ability to sleep 6 with a pull-out couch). Enjoy the relaxing sounds of nature by sitting around the fire pit or relaxing in the hammock.

All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

The Tin Roof Sundae Cabin and The Sundae Cottage are located in North Central Missouri - a natural "sweet spot" for those who love being outdoors. Guests have access to 800 acres which includes a combination of native timber, wetlands, grasslands, and streams. Guests are welcome to explore the entire property. A small pond and fire pit are located a stone's throw from the front porch. The large porches provide plenty of shade and great views.
