Make some memories at this unique, family-friendly waterfront river cottage (approx. 1,700 sf)! Fish, relax in the hammocks, or soak in the hot tub overlooking the river. Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required). Please note we have a video camera overlooking the driveway, stairway, and river bank below the cottage. This property has stairs to enter and many stairs down to the river bank, plus uneven floors inside. Please consider this before booking.

We are located right off of 11W close to I81. 7 min to the Pinnacle and Bristol Medical Center, 15 min to Hard Rock and downtown Bristol, TN/VA. The house is over a 100 years old, but the remodel has all the modern conveniences you need to make yourself at home while you enjoy all Bristol has to offer! All the privacy you could want, large yard, and a fire pit add to the enjoyment of your visit.

Bears can sometimes be seen crossing the road or strolling thru the fields Damascus and Mountain City are only minutes away! Also, only a 10-15 minute drive to Kingsport where Holston Valley Hospital is and a 20 minute drive to Johnson City. Asheville, North Carolina is just an hour and 15 minutes away.
