Criss was such a welcoming and gracious host! We appreciated the comfortable bed, quiet environment and generous amenities from toothbrush to coffee and milk in the spacious kitchen to fruit on the dining room table.

Great value for a very comfortable home. It’s just as described, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, and Rebecca is very responsive and friendly. The location is great for us, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and very welcoming.

The Zen Den is an amazing little space. I would go back just to sleep in that bed again. The vaulted ceiling makes the 3rd floor of the house feel much more spacious. Lots of cool art, at least some of it original. Good work space if that’s what you need. The kitchenette punches above its weight. Recommend highly!

Leah is an incredibly hospitable host! She welcomed me at the front door and made staying at her place such a refreshing experience. Her and her husband are pros at giving you all the space you need and also being warm and providing a welcoming atmosphere -- I mean, breakfast in the mornings & a sweet doggo?? Not to mention a beautiful neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. Absolutely incredible & just what I needed on a solo trip. 💛

Highly recommend Ellie and James place. Very large and clean home. They were very warm and welcoming, giving us access to the vast majority of their home. Super clean! Ellie was a wonderful host, providing snacks and everything we could possibly need throughout our stay!

We had a great stay at Cassandra's place. it runs as a daycare, so there are plenty of toys for young children as well as small tables and chairs, perfect for our 3 & 5 year old. It's a short drive to the Strong Museum of Play. The queen bed was comfortable and the kids had no complaints about the twin beds. We did notice the lack of metal cutlery (all plastic) and the Internet was a bit slow, but Cassandra is actively working on improving those. Streaming movies was smooth, downloading movies took a a bit longer. Check-in was easy with the door pad and Cassandra was very responsive. We checked in on a Friday afternoon and left on a Sunday, so we had the entire home to ourselves. As noted in the description, there are cameras in the kitchen, play room, and living room. Thank you for the great stay! We would be happy to stay again.

Leean and Jon were the most accommodating hosts - they were so sweet and kind to us, she even baked us a pumpkin pie when we said we never tried one! Truly the sweetest family. Thank you so much for your hospitality

The apartment is in a perfect location, a very short walk from the canal, restaurants, etc. I enjoyed my stay. Rachael and Taylor communicate well and were good hosts!

Such a great and super friendly host! Helped me with all my inquiries around/about the area. The place was very nice and clean, nothing to complain about. I liked that I had my private parking spot and I really loved the location, this neiborhood looks fancy and very nice. I took a walk during the night and felt very safe and comfortable. The location is near by a lot of attractions, I just walked around and didn't even need to drive. I recommend this place and would love to come in the future!

We had a great week's stay at this lovely 'Retreat' - right in the heart of Rochester! Cozy home with a comfortable bed, wonderfully well-equipped kitchen, great shower, good WiFi and free parking! This property was in a great location; we were in Rochester for a week with a show playing at the Auditorium Theatre, which was easily walkable! Also walkable are the area's museums, School of Arts and other area theaters. Hosts were quite attentive and proactive. We would certainly choose to stay here again, if in the area! I had a wonderful stay at the Micro Lux Apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtful design of the space. Despite its compact size, the apartment felt luxurious and perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the village, where I found charming shops, fantastic restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It was so convenient to explore the area without needing a car. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The apartment was clean, stylishly furnished, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

This was my second time staying at one of Jenn’s properties and it did not disappoint. It is exactly like the photos, instructions were clear, and she was very responsive. Neighborhood was very nice and the best was super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

Just like someone else said - if you’re thinking of booking a room here- JUST DO IT!! My husband and I had such a wonderful stay. Elaine and Doug are the most warm, hospitable people and their B&B is beyond cozy. Having fresh morning coffee on the porch in rocking chairs was the breath of fresh air we needed!! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, down to the last drop of orange juice. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but will absolutely stay again if we’re in the area.

The location was convenient to the venue we attended. Rachel is very accommodating and quick to communicate. We had everything we needed.

This place is very updated in a well established home. The history is rich and yet we got to enjoy all the comforts. Karin’s helpful hints around town were greatly appreciated. But….the breakfast is beyond compare! Worth the trip just for the excellent use of local produce.

First time in Finger Lakes region, and Canandaigua, and Lisa’s place fit the bill perfectly: totally walkable location to coffee, wine bar (best one is called Pintxos!), Canandaigua Lake, all of DT and more. Also spotless clean even though there are quite a bit of things and furniture in each room. Two more things: 1) her homemade breakfast each morning was a true delight 2) unlike so many corporate air b n b’s now, that are soul-less and sterile, this really is someone’s well cared for and welcoming home, how air b n b is supposed to be! Will absolutely return and 100% highly recommend.

Gwenn's property was the perfect place for a Momma and Daughter weekend. She was attentive and prompt in answering any questions that we had. Gwenn's property is absolutely beautiful, and her attention to detail is impeccable. The breakfast nook was one of our favorites, and Gwenn even brought out her puzzles for my daughter to work on, as this is one of her favorite hobbies. Gwenn is the sweetest soul, and we cannot wait to plan another trip back! Shadow is a wonderful addition, too. She is the sweetest cat. We highly recommend House Content!

Linda's place looked very nice and the location was convenient for me. It wasn't until I pulled up to the home, that I realized that I had stayed there before nine years ago. Linda didn't realize I had stayed there before when I booked the place. It was great as it was before. I was able to come and go as I please and had my own bedroom and bathroom. Everything I needed was there. Linda allowed me to use her computer a few times for work I had to do which meant I didn't have to lug around my laptop. She put out breakfast every morning and I had nice conversations with Linda and her husband. I plan on making more frequent visits to the area to see family and I will always check to see if Linda's place is available. Wonderful host and great place to stay.

7 of us stayed here while on a bike trip along the Erie Canal. Margaret was an accommodating and helpful host. She provided a hose to wash down our bikes and there's a barn to store them in. The house itself is pretty and very interesting, filled with art and artifacts from previous times, and is in a lovely spot out in the country surrounded by fields and farmland. There's only one bath on the upstairs floor but there is another downstairs as well as an outdoor shower so that wasn't a problem. We really enjoyed breakfast and "story time", when Margaret told us about the history of the house as well as stories from her own fascinating life. Overall our stay here was an enjoyable and memorable part of our bike trip.
