Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Auch der Hindenberger See und ein italienisches Restaurant liegen nur 2km entfernt und sind in nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Haus liegt allein in einem Meer aus Feldern, vom Wind umspült, in einem großen Staudengarten. Mit vielen Künstlerkollegen und Freunden wurde diese vormals unspektakuläre Pension aus den 90er-Jahren umgebaut und saniert und mit Hilfe des Landschaftsgestalters Rainer Elstermann ein Garten angelegt. In stetigem Wachstum und Wandel entstand – und entsteht noch – ein idyllischer Ort, in dessen Gästeteil 10 Personen und in dem hauptsächlich privat genutzten Studioteil 8 Personen unterkommen.
