Spacious attic apartment with great terrace for relaxing in the government district in Berlin Mitte. Centrally located and quiet. Near main station, Spree and Friedrichstraße with attractive restaurants and shops. Theatres, museums, Brandenburg Gate and Berlin sights within walking distance. Very stylish and modern furnished with open kitchen/living and dining area. Two double beds, one of them in the gallery open to the living room with spiral staircase. The other one in a separat bedroom.

Lovely little 2 rooms apt (48 m2) in the best city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a short stay in startegic location: Rosenthler Platz, Torstrasse, Kulturbrauerei. PROS: balcony for smokers (!) + incl. bedlinen & towels + high-speed WiFi + hairdryer + cooking facilities + elevator + check-in at night possible + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: very bright (too much sunlight) - LOUD (busy street -> traffic noise) - NO parking facilities - NO TV - NO washing machine - EXPENSIVE

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

Durch die zentrale Lage und perfekte Anbindung zur U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Tram kann die Metropole Berlin schnell und bequem erreicht werden. Zum Hauptbahnhof Berlin, Alexanderplatz oder Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse sind nur 10-15 Gehminuten. Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

This cozy and comfortable studio is a commercial space that is located near the subway station of Turmstraße in Moabit in the city center of Berlin. So, the central station and some of the most significant sights are not far away: for example the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Schloss Bellevue, the Kanzleramt, and the enormous park of Tiergarten. The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.
