Gill's place suited us just fine. Good off-road parking with no problems. Location for us was ideal, midway between Ferndown and New Milton, which is where my family live. Gill has plenty of local knowledge should it be needed and gave us a nice welcome on arrival. Just keep doing what you do Gill, it works! Thank you for our stay with you.

The beach hut was just perfect. To look at the stars, wake up on the beach and be part of the beach community was fabulous. Perfect for walking our little dog. Great little bar and restaurant a couple of minutes walk also.

Lovely warm welcome to me and my friends .The location is super , right get next to the water with a slipway to launch canoes and paddle boards , yet a 5minute walk into town . Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The Chalet was very spacious and well appointed . Great for few days away with friends , we would book again .

Really great place to stay. Excellent location, walking distance to beach, train, country park. Really well equipped house, especially the kitchen. Lovely basket of goodies on arrival & milk in the fridge. Complimentary beach towels too. The children enjoyed playing with the selection of toys available & reading the books. Plenty of outdoor equipment available in the shed too. The perfect place for a family gathering and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Thank you Helen for thinking of everything we might possibly need & being so quick to respond to queries. Thoroughly recommended.

What an absolute slice of heaven. We absolutely loved our stay, thank you for having us. The beach hut is in a fantastic location, close to the café and loo blocks (but not too close!) and right on the beach with fantastic views. We’re a family of 5 with three young children and it was just brilliant. They particularly loved us all sleeping together in the loft. The sound of the sea at night and little children snoozing was honestly such a treat. Highly recommended and we hope to return soon!

A beautiful quiet location with easy access to everywhere else on the island. Tony was incredibly friendly and made sure to check everything was ok, or if we needed anything mid stay. The cottage itself is beautiful and was absolutely spotless! It had everything we needed. Thank you Tony!

James was very helpful and pleasant. The room with the bunk bed was very spacious with a desk and an en suite. The other room was quite small and the kitchen and living area were quite small but it was all very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Location was great.

What an incredible stay for a special occasion. The place is more beautiful than the pictures, especially the views, it is truly a special place. We enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast in the garden and watching the tide go in and out. Erika & John were perfect hosts and made us feel very comfortable, going the extra mile. We can't wait to return!

booked Dave & Emma's place for my husbands 60th birthday weekend. there was 12 of us, all family with 3 children amongst the group with the youngest being 4 years old. the accommodation had everything you could wish for with the kids and adults alike all making use of the games room, bikes and kayakes. the park and beach were literally opposite the house, so was a great location and the weather was brilliant. we also made use of the hot tub, which was very popular.
