It boasts of its tranquil beauty & cozy atmosphere created with an indoor woodstove, spacious decks & a firepit all overlooking the lake. Many outdoor activities, with skating, icefishing & snowmobiling in winter & paddle boarding, kayaking, etc in the summer, plus endless amazing sunsets. Grab a book & sit by the fire, or enjoy a game of pool. Our goal is to have you relax, be comfy & enjoy your stay!

On chillier days, relax enjoy the game room _ pingpong, shuffleboard, foosball. Remote workers will appreciate our high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi. Pet owners will love the fenced yard for their furry friends.

COTC: Log Cabin Glamping

The Cabin on the Coulee is a lovely two story rustic log cabin on a complete section of land (640 acres - 250 ha) that overlooks a 200 acre Alberta coulee, making for an amazing view! It rents as a complete unit that sleeps up to 6 adults with a full bath on the main floor and a half bath upstairs. The cabin has a full sized refrigerator, range, a full kitchen (including dishes, cutlery and cookware), a propane gas BBQ, a wood stove, outdoor fire pits, high speed WiFi and a projector for movies.

Raspberry Castle

Let your adventure begin at Raspberry Castle. This three story tall tower has been hand constructed from bricks fired in Medicine Hat. John Jensen, a Danish engineer / bricklayer designed our wonderful castle with his family in the 70's. We've modernized and renovated the entire building to make it as comfortable as possible. Nordic Cabin w/ Hot Tub & Sauna

At Hillwinds House, it’s all about taking a moment to disconnect from your busy life and reconnect with nature. Build a fire, read a book, brew some coffee, sweat in the sauna, soak in the hot tub (April-October), prepare a nourishing meal, and watch the sun set over the valley in the west. We are excited to share our Alberta landscape with its beautiful sky, empty fields, and close up nature details. The 5 acres are filled with wildflowers, look closely and take a moment to enjoy.

Just a short walk to the beach, Snak Shack for treats, disc golf course (frisbee golf), tennis/pickle ball courts, brand new playground.
