Stayed there while working in the area. Several other guest were also there for work. Everybody was respectful, quiet and friendly. Dee was proactive with any potential issues, none of which I even experienced. Would recommend 100%.

This is such an adorable, elegant apartment with beautiful furnishings. This cute place is extremely clean and very comfortable, we felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable, and there is a high quality, tall air mattress. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to the cute downtown shops. Ryan and Amber were so accommodating and answered all of our inquiries very quickly. This was my second stay at this charming place and I recommend it highly!

My daughter and I visited the Pella Tulip festival and wanted to extend our trip so we came here to see/hike the high trestle bridge & visit the arboretum. Renee’s place was great for our visit! Easy to find & get in, the place was super cozy and comfortable! Private outdoor space with the balcony was nice. The bathroom was clean and functional. The kitchen has everything we needed - a stove/oven with plenty of cookware, fridge & microwave, coffee maker, plenty of dishes. Beds were comfortable with good blankets and pillows. The only negative I found was that the keys were a little difficult to lock/unlock door. I would recommend and return!

I needed a place for my parents to stay between selling their home and their new place being ready. The accommodations of Dee's units were perfect for that. Due to some unforeseen delays, I kept having to extend their stay. Dee was wonderful to work with in doing that. A big thanks to her for all she did during this time.

Great spot- a tad on the smaller side, but not problematic at all. Very clean, very comfortable, and host was very easy to reach

Had a great stay at the apartment in Boone. The place was immaculate and had everything as described. Some cute shops and decent restaurants within walking distance (and a great Dutch bakery). Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a unique, cute and affordable place in town.

I stayed at Dee’s place while attending Odyssey of the Mind world finals for my son and it was perfect. Clean and spacious for one person, and at an unbeatable price.

El departamento increíble, buen espacio, la limpieza buena y buena vista de las habitaciones hacia el exterior , me toco ver nevar y afuera se veía genial, un lugar increíble para pasar el fin de semana con la familia y buena ubicación. El host siempre fue amable y estaba atento a las dudas que tenía. Lo recomiendo si quieres pasar unos días en AMES.

The place was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and furnished. Check in and out was super easy. All toiletries and towels, coffee, etc were provided. We only wished the hot tub was open on weekends. The gym was also a perk as I used it once. We would definitely stay here again for another ISU game!

The apartment was in a perfect location for what we needed. It is a short walk to coffee, restaurants and groceries. Enjoyed the hot tub and fitness center. We appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. It was easy to get in and out of with onsite parking. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the ideal spot for a weekend escape. It was exactly what my wife and I needed to unwind and recharge from our hectic lives. The location is incredibly private, peaceful, and nestled within serene, secluded woodlands. Kathleen was excellent at communicating and tailored our stay to make it truly memorable. This place represents the standard that other Airbnbs aim for. The space was immaculate and had everything we needed—and more. We will be back.
