Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

Completamente ristrutturato, stupendo panorama sul lago, molto luminoso ed accogliente, ideale per famiglie ma anche per fughe d'amore e weekend romantici. Riscaldamento autonomo.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Benvenuti nella nostra casa vacanza a 100 metri dal lago. La casa offre due camere: una matrimoniale e una con letto singolo. La cucina ha un piano a induzione e lavatrice. Sono presenti due smart TV, WiFi e due condizionatori. Il bagno è dotato di scaldabagno, doccia con maniglione e doccino al posto del bidet. All'esterno troverete una doccia, giardino pavimentato con ombrellone, zona relax e tenda ombreggiante elettrica.
