James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with children’s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We all had a really wonderful time at Jon's house. 8 adults, 4 kids, aged 3 to 92! There was plenty of space for all of us and the property felt like home, only bigger! It is a warm, light ,spacious house with conservatory and large garden and lovely views. It has everything you need and more. Big dining table so all of us could eat together. 1 Great Gran aged 92 played the piano while the other sat in conservatory watching kids play outside. The grandkids loved the well stocked play room and there were lots of board games, books and DVD's and a fantastic games room at the bottom of the garden which we all enjoyed. Plenty to do to keep all the family occupied if the weather isn't great. The extensive grounds proved to be a bonus for our Easter egg hunt too.. We had a minor issue with a pop up plug that didn't pop up, but as soon as I informed Jon he got a plumber round to resolve the problem. No one wanted to go home. 2nd visit for some of us, and it won't be the last. Thankyou

The house was immaculately clean. All the equipment and furnishings were really well looked after and of good quality. Lovely bedding etc. There was plenty of ‘nice to haves’ such as lots of games, water sports equipment and bits and bobs in the kitchen. Would recommend as a base for a large family or two medium sized families away together. We were a group of 12 women celebrating and we all had comfortable accommodation. The garden was really peaceful and pleasant - we had our lunch one day on the patio. It’s a great location for very easy access to the beach and some lovely walks.

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my second stay at John's lovely quiet and spacious flat used as a base whilst visiting my family in Southsea. The location is ideal, together with the designated parking space on site which is a rarity in Southsea. John's lemon drizzle cake, bread and other groceries such as eggs, milk and homemade marmalade were much appreciated after a long journey. There is also a very convenient Coop just around the corner which is open until late.

Perfect. Booked this flat for my Dad's visit and he felt right at home. Easy to access, very well presented, and great location near lot's of eateries and the seafront. Thank you Catherine.

It was amazing place and the hosts were extremely helpful. place looks just like the pictures and great location with parking close by. Honestly worth the money and Charlie is a legend. He is always available to answer questions and help. Absolute top man👍👍

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Lovely flat that is bright, airy, very clean and close to the beach. Stayed with my family of 5 and there’s plenty of room. Mark is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

From the initial enquiry to check in Stephen was helpful and patient seeing it was our first Airbnb experience We were greeted on arrival by James who like Stephen was fantastic. James gave us a great insight into local pubs and restaurants,helped us unload car and showed us around the penthouse.The penthouse itself was spotless and sitting on the large balcony overlooking the bandstand and beach was so relaxing. The penthouse was within easy walking distance of Brightons attractions. This will be the first of many visits Thank you Stephen and James From Steve and Karen

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend
