We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

A comfy double bed, with modern but VERY small shower room. There is also a separate area with leather sofa, tea/coffee making, fridge and toaster (not a full kitchen). TV, DVD and good Wi FI. Only 200 yards from start of the Camel Trail at Wenford Bridge with the Snails Pace cafe serving great food. Great for cyclists and walkers. Beaches 20 mins

Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

Our 300 year old grade II listed Mill is set in a peaceful wooded valley location and retains many of its original features. These include the original water wheel, low doorways, beams and millstones which all set off this historical gem. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Close to the heritage harbour of Charlestown and South Coast with its beautiful scenery, walks, fantastic beaches and cycle trails. Coastal resorts of Carlyon Bay, Pentewan Sands, are all easily accessible.
