Tropical Suites is the perfect place to stay in Bocas! Between the pool and restaurant overlooking the gorgeous water, a swim up bar that makes delicious cocktails and smoothies, the large and comfortable bedrooms, the friendly and hospitable staff, and the ideal location in Bocas Del Toro, it is hard to beat Tropical Suites. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to future travelers!

Lucas was helpful with instructions and travel trips pror to my arrival. He and Gloria were very friendly and welcoming my entire stay. The apartment was just as described and provided everything I needed. It was great to see, hear and experience the wildlife and Lucas sharing his knowledge of the animals. It was a wonderful a relaxing 5 days. I look forward to visiting again!

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Apartment direkt in bocas town. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser und die Nähe zu allen Restaurants und der Stadt ist super. Perfekt um auf bocas del toro anzukommen und sich einen Überblick zu verschaffen. Auf Grund der Lage natürlich eher nicht ruhig und wenig Privatsphäre. Alles war super sauber und das Personal war sehr nett, ein echter Bonus war die inbegriffene Abholung vom Flughafen. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

The apartment is a rare find in Bocas, fully equipped, AC in the living room/kitchen, it has everything you might need, very comfortable, Raúl is an excellent host, thanks for letting us stay at your place.

I had a great time there. Super central and the staff is attentive and friendly too. Can highly recommend this place for stay!!!

Jorge offers a very nice accomodation on a hill (approcimately 400 m above sea level) which means that you have a great view on Bocas del Toro from the top. Make sure to visit his kitchen from where you can enjoy some Cuba Libre with an incredible view. He welcomed us very friendly and made us feel like home. The accomodation is surrounded by jungle, so don't be afraid if you hear monkeys during the night. Also make sure that you have arranged a pick up from him if you do not have a 4x4. To find the way up the hill I recommend to look up the address up in Google maps to have the exact location.

The space inside was lovely and homie. The outdoor space was even better. Excellent spot to go for a swim. Very peaceful spot to hang out and stare out into the water❤️

Nice place to stay on Bastimentos, very centrally located with a good selection of restaurants nearby. The house is comfortable and it was wonderful having air conditioning as it is hot and humid in Old Bank. A couple of things to note. There about 10 stairs you need to go up to get to the home, they are uneven and large stairs so if you have mobility issues that is something to consider. As noted in the add there is not hot water and the toilet slants quite a bit to the left, these things were fine for us and not a problem but it's something to be aware of. It rained every day that we were there which didn't leave much to do in the town or by boat, it's a very small village. We only saw a couple of other tourists our entire time there (first week of May) so if you are looking to be social this may not be a great choice, but if you want to emerse yourself in local life this is an excellent place to stay. We found Old Bank a little sleepy and run down for us at this time of year.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa K (2 families, 4 adults, 4 kids)! The house is lovely, with ample seating and an amazing porch with hammocks to relax on. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and eating meals at the house. Kids enjoyed playing ball in the front yard. Property manager Tyson was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had- he set us up with a local taxi driver that we used multiple times during our stay there. While there are a few great restaurants within walking distance to the house, a grocery store is a taxi ride away so keep that in mind. The way the house is arranged is that the two bunk bed rooms are on the ground/entry floor with the laundry room and bathroom. If staying with a family & children, the downstairs rooms are likely better for slightly older kids (~11 & up?), who don't mind the separation from parents/others. We had a great time & would stay again!

We had a great two-week stay! Our hosts were very communicative and helpful to make sure we had what we needed. The kitchen was well supplied. It was so lovely watching the sunsets from over the water. The Starlink wifi worked great (including zoom calls)! Can't wait to return! Thank you!

10 Star Rating in our book!! Our stay at the Pool House at Paunch was exceptional to say the very least!!! First of all, Joanna is not your average host... she goes above and beyond in every way! She communicated with me multiple times before our trip and was open to any questions I had. She provides her guests with an invaluable amount of information which 100% made our trip beyond our wildest imagination! She provides this info via a link that can be printed for your reference which I HIGHLY encourage everyone do. We used this information everyday as a guide. EVERYTHING she recommends is the absolute best! She even has breakfast in the refrigerator for your first morning there! We loved every single thing about the house and location!! We felt so at home there! The pool was such a bonus! She is always available to help in any way. We would absolutely stay with her again. We left Bocas feeling like we had made a new friend. She puts her heart and soul into her properties!

Großartige Unterkunft in toller Lage! Etwas schwierig erreichbar, wenn man mit eigenem Auto unterwegs ist. Mit dem Van mussten wir gerade auf den letzten Metern etwas vorsichtig fahren, um nicht aufzusetzen. Das wird aber mit einer großartigen Umgebung und einer tollen Unterkunft belohnt. Wir haben viele Tiere in der direkten Umgebung gesehen: Faultiere, verschiedene Affen, Kolibris, Papageien, Pfeilgiftfrösche, sogar eine Rainbow Boa(!), Lederschildkröten die am Strand ihre Eier ablegten (Anfang April), ein wildes, warmes Meer, dass mit etwas Vorsicht und etwas Kenntnis von Strömungen doch ganz gut zu handeln war in unserer Zeit - Schwimmen unmöglich, bisschen in den Wellen toben ging gut für Erwachsene, während die Kinder in den Bachmündungen spielten, tolle Ausflüge zur Isla Zapatilla und an den Starfish Beach (im April ist überall sehr wenig los), großes Glück mit dem Wetter. Wenn wir wieder nach Panama gehen, werden wir wieder hierher zurück kommen. Danke!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Rita and her team assisted us from across CR to Panama and back to CR … from transportation, to private chef, boat excursions and activities! All the planning was spot-on! The house hosts welcomed us, the house and surrounding property were beautiful! Lots of extras for us to enjoy. Location had great ocean views and a quick walk to Star Beach, local restaurants and bars. The house hosts were more than accommodating and even made a fire on the beach every night! We really enjoyed Ron's place. Everyone there was extremely helpful. The property manager, Augusto was extremely helpful in setting up anything we wanted to do. Breakfast was prepared for us by Augusto's wife each morning, and she is a great cook. The pictures do not do the property justice. It is spacious and spotless. Each day while we were out seeing the island, the house was cleaned and our laundry was done for us. The pool is perfect. Bluff beach is by far the prettiest beach on the island, there is no need to go anywhere else if you just want to lounge on the beach. There are local restaurants within walking distance. Be advised, you will need to take taxis to other attractions on the island. Roundtrip taxi to and from town is around $45-$50. That said, I will gladly pay the taxi fee to stay at a place outside all the noise of Bocas Town, especially one as nice as this one. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and a beach all to yourself, this is the place to stay.

Escogí La Caribeña entre tantas opciones porque me llamó la atención el deck , las habitaciones y el poder tener salida al mar desde este espacio. Puedo asegurar que no me equivoqué. ¡Qué lugar tan maravilloso! Es un paraíso sobre el mar. Joy y Edu hacen un gran trabajo como anfitriones, están pendientes de todas tus posibles necesidades, siempre te brindan recomendaciones, y por si fuera poco tienen un restaurante hermosísimo a una distancia caminable desde el hospedaje. Son unos anfitriones tan atentos que hasta te obsequian shots de cortesía en su restaurante Ohana, fui todos los días porque la comida era bastante adictiva. Este hospedaje lo tiene todo! Usé los kayaks que se alquilan en el hospedaje y pude recorrer los alrededores de la isla. Finalmente, una lancha me recogió en el deck gracias a la gestión de Joy, quién organizó un tour para mí. Experiencia 10/10 Volvería mil veces ☺️
