Loved staying at Nikita's place! The check-in process was made so easy because I was sent pictures and step-by-step instructions on how to enter the building then the apartment itself. There was a lot of care put into this place, and I was super grateful to stay there for my short stay :)

This was my second stay in this unit. It is clean and tidy. The building is quiet and amenities like the gym and attached Wegmans are great. The bed is comfy but bring your own pillow and a sleep mask if you can. The window coverings do not block any of the nearby lights.

Mike and Karen were gracious hosts! Their Airbnb was cute and had a beautiful front lawn. Would recommend to anyone needing a place in the area!

Our stay was great. The part that was very unprofessional, was the communication. Before I even booked at Roberta location, I reached out to her and explained my situation. We would be moving, we have not received a move in date. I asked Roberta if she was ok with us extending our stay. She had no problems until we arrived and I extended. She says the cleaner was coming and she didn’t want to pay to reschedule. Then the final day, I sent her 2 messages and she never responded. When you are running a business, be transparent. It’s a simple no Roberta you have children so you should understand why I reached out to you and kept constant communication. If you have to extend your trip and are staying here, be careful

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Waynesville est à côté avec tous les magasins nécessaires, l'accès à la blueridge parkway est à quelques minutes , parfait pour profiter de la vue sur les montagnes. Cherokee n'est pas loin et c'est appréciable de pouvoir rencontrer une nouvelle culture non européenne dans ce pays. le logement est propre et bien équipé, la terrasse est clairement un point positif. Le jardin est très beau avec beaucoup de fleurs. C'est un bon travail. Carolyn et son mari sont très gentils et très réactifs. Le dialogue est facile et les explications sont claires. J'espère revenir en automne afin de voir les couleurs de la forêt.

Comfy, cozy and secluded place to stay made all the better by great hosts. We got all the information we needed in a timely manner -- Logan and Kelly were super from start to finish. Great place and great people. Can't wait to get that way to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and clean. The house was stocked with basic cooking amenities, and bathroom items. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. The stairs to the front door and laundry area are steep. If looking to rent this house, make sure your party is okay with stairs! Overall 5 stars, Richard was responsive when we needed him, and helped us get back into the house when the lock wasn’t working. (It was Easter Sunday, and he still responded right away)

As a family that is pretty picky with where we stay this was by far one of the best places and best host. They were super responsive and helpful, we made contact many times and they were always helpful, kind and responsive. It was a fantastic place to stay, we didn't need to go anywhere if we didn't want to. so many beautiful places to visit near by. Great shopping and food. one amazing place super near by is Pickens Nose. A must visit. The place is super kid friendly, kids all all ages will love this. The bathrooms were super nice. we felt right at home all the way around. we found everything we needed was provided. As a family that cooks all our meals it worked perfect. This is a dream for parents with children! From a small nursery to bath soap and lotion. It made traveling with 3 small children a breeze.

This stay was amazing. We had 6 total. 2 adults, 2 college/ working, and two teen/ preteen. The private suites were spacious and perfect for spreading out. The master suite was amazing. The shower is huge and a very large bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the decks gave amazing views of the mountains and Gatlinburg. The theater is top notch and genuinely felt like we were in a theater watching a movie. We absolutely loved our stay and if traveling there again would stay again. Highly recommend Only warning is I recommend you arrive in daylight. Their directions are perfect but roads are narrow, windy and some quite steep so seeing it first in daylight is best. No need to worry - we had a minivan - but the roads climbing up require full attention. Also always go back the same way. Our GPS took us a back way at night and it was not pleasant on unknown roads uphill and curves. Wonderful place! Literally one of the highest and best views of Gatlinburg you could possibly get.

We loved our stay in Bayse. My husband worked at the resort years ago so he was very excited to share this place with our three little ones. The media room downstairs was incredibly helpful for keeping them busy. We loved making smores on the firepit and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. A quick walk to Lake Laura, ice cream, and a fun brewery. The perfect mix of peaceful relaxation and fun.

This home was absolutely beautiful and very spacious for my guest and I. I will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Scot was super responsive and made check-in really easy. Everything we needed was available, and the hot tub/theater room was perfect! I’d definitely stay here again. You are super close to little shops and restaurants.

Thanks to the comfort and care put into this space, our family was able to enjoy an unforgettable trip to Jacksonville, including meeting the new great-grandchildren (twins!) and celebrating five generations together for the very first time. The hosts’ outstanding customer service and the pride they take in maintaining their home reflect exceptional hospitality. I'm going to do my best to put into words how amazing Valerie is as a host! My family had an emergency which required us to find an airbnb for an indefinite amount of time and Valerie was always quick to respond and happy to accommodate with extending our stay. We were thrust into a very stressful and drawn out ordeal getting our home back in a liveable condition, the ups and downs of dealing with homeowners insurance, and trying our best to carry on with life as normal. The one thing that kept us sane and provided us with a sense of security, was knowing we had a safe, clean. and beautiful home to lay our heads down at night. I truly cannot express my gratitude for Valerie or begin to describe how much of an amazing human being she is! Valerie will forever hold a place in my heart for the kindness she showed my family when we were at our lowest! Thank you, Valerie!

Great place! Very clean and spacious! On the trolly route so easy to get to town. We loved it ! Only wish i knew that kids were not permitted to go off on thier own on the property. I had two 13 year old boys Otherwise perfect place to stay
