Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft space provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, seaview terrace with covered patio, kitchenette (no full kitchen), additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead (no beach access). There's a public beach, outdoor pub, and other amenities available. The Southworth ferry will take you to West Seattle. Scheduled for Spring 2021, a "fast foot" ferry with service to downtown Seattle.
