NOTE: Home is 10 miles from town, private, but you will sometimes hear traffic on Hwy 30. Please do not book if this issue might affect the location rating you give.

Enjoy a fun evening in the downstairs game room with pool, air hockey, foos ball and ping pong. Play games at the game table or just sit and watch the variety of movies available. Plenty of wild-life watching, hiking, biking and shopping opportunities surround this area.

The Hagerman Orchard, built in 2021 is located in town, walking distance to great food, grocery store, national park visitor center and the park. Only 5 minutes to the river and less than 10 minutes to multiple hot springs. There is plenty of flat parking on site. built in an established orchard with a variety of trees, patio and BBQ to enjoy the weather.
