Amazing view, peaceful and quiet. Open plan living room was spacious and well presented. The bed was very comfortable and experience was great overall.

Fantastic value and perfect location literally adjacent to Blackburn train station you couldn’t get more central and easy to find if arriving by Public Transport - also next door to a huge Morrisons which was convenient for food and drink, full kitchen in apartment - lots of options to eat and drink in the town centre. Really bizarre and quirky building - it’s a former industrial block / office now holding apartments - slightly creepy at night and got lost everytime I tried to find the apartment through mazes of corridors. Felt safe and secure and codes provided for both entrances and warden was on guard in main hall. Basic apartment but comfy and does the job on the tin and value for money considering the location. hosts were great, very flexible with my arrival following standard UK rail chaos. Was there for a family event but lots of local recommendations and check ins - knew on hand if needed. Thank you!

Well located with a Morrisons right outside! Near the train station and the city centre. Bed was quite low but comfortable, kitchen and living room was very nice (big fridge), lots of space in general.

Everything was Brilliant from start to finish Tobi couldn’t have done more and even posted back something that was left at in the room above and beyond would highly recommend this stay thanks Tobi .

Great stay with these guys and very good hosts will definitely be coming back.

I loved being in the city, the accommodation was spectacular. The only problem was the check-out time, which was scheduled for 10 am, and the cleaning staff arrived at 9 am, just when we were organizing our things to leave. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

A beautiful home from home at The Beach House. we loved our stay. it was clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped. A beautiful beach on the doorstep with the amazing Another Place. A short walk to the train station and direct into Liverpool in 20 minutes. perfect. Thank you Lynn.

My stay here was great. Lovely location. Great amenities with good off road parking. Very comfortable furniture and beds! Great size for the 7 of us, could easily fit in a lot more guests if needed. Clean bathroom and kitchen and check in was so easy. I messaged April with a query before my stay and they responded pretty much immediately. Would highly recommend this place to anybody.

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

A beautiful place to stay, great location, view amazing, sat watching the lambs jumping around in the field. Hot tub was greatly received after our walks, and no issues for us with the skylight, waking up to natural light is far better than an alarm. A lovely romantic getaway for 2, perfect, 5 stars.

Spacious, great amenities, close to the Wintergarden and beach. clean and quiet. There are steep steps to get inside and the shoer/tub is high. Not a problem for us but would be if you have mobility issues.

Hassle free check in and had everything we needed, hot tub was great to have along with barbecue. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommend this stay if looking to stay in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
