Our Stay at the miners Cottage was a pleasure. The location was perfect for me and my Son we were visiting family over the Christmas Holidays. The home was very cozy and clean, and Maxine was available via text if we had any questions, which we didn’t as everything was perfect. I would highly recommended this accommodation, if you are looking to stay in the area.

Thank you George, what a fabulous house you have. It ticked all the boxes for my partner's 60th birthday with family. Lovely gesture with the Prosecco and cake. The cold barrel and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone and the space you have is incredible. Beautiful surroundings, space in the outside area with hammock and seating area. Games room was a hit with the younger generation and can't thank you enough for your hospitality. The fact that we could eat next door at the Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant was also amazing. Ticked every box and to boot we had the sunshine! We all loved it - thank you.

Everything was spotless and exactly as shown! Easily rate this the best BnB I’ve stayed at in Northampton. The host was very responsive and also went above and beyond for our requirements to give us a wonderful stay. Will definitely be coming back!

Very quirky property full of antiquities, paintings, reference books and nick-backs. Very homely and wonderful reception rooms and large open kitchen area. Flowers and shrubs galore in the beautifully kept oasis of a back garden. Perfect stay whilst attending our daughter’s graduation.

Had a lovely stay at The Stables. Felt right at home. It’s larger than the photos suggest & very clean & comfortable. Jean-Pierre was an excellent host, very friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely property in a central location in Leamington Spa. Close to shops, restaurants and the station. The property has lots of space, three double bedrooms and lovely clean linen and hot showers. The communal areas downstairs were a little chilly, but the outside temperature had dropped so that could be why, and this is an old property. Heating upstairs was Ok. Sian was super responsive as a host and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay at this property, perfect for our needs for a weekend in Leamington Spa

We had a lovely stay a Bob's House, Joanna has thought of everything, board games, books for both adults and children. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden, watching the chickens and looking at the fish in the ponds. The location is great, only a few minutes drive to the Everyman track, near to the space centre and Abbey Pumping Museum. Joanna was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kristy’s place. The property was less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre, but was in a nice and quiet location, so we had the best of both worlds. Inside, the house was very comfortable and spacious with a great kitchen. Kristy was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions leading up to our stay, and helpfully registered our car for the parking permit which was very kind of her. I would happily stay at Kristy’s place again if we returned to Stratford again in future, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for one night with 2 children and are dog perfect location lots of local walks and a pub just round corner which did home made food was lovely. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon for another visit

Brilliant host and Excellent accommodation

Great location, spacious accommodation with lovely decor and host was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions.

Property was perfect for our group. Quiet street, handy amenities. House is well appointed, equipped and very clean. David's communication was clear friendly and very responsive.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Chris’s house was perfect for our needs, a short walk into town and overall a fabulous place to stay if visiting Stratford . We would definitely stay again

Poppy cottage was absolutely fantastic. All the furnishings were beautiful and the whole house was extreme well equipped. It is a 5-10 minute walk to all Stratford attractions. Helen was great with her communications - will stay again - if available - on our next trip!
