Beautiful cottage everything you need for a few days away. A very nice welcome with milk in the fridge and cookies to have a cuppa when we arrived. Lovely living room Beautiful bedrooms and bedding and a lovely bathroom with a great shower and plenty of hot water. Would go back again .

We had a lovely time at Middle Cottage, everything was as described and we felt very comfortable. Only downside the local pub was shut ! Hardly Dee and Charles fault. Thank you

Martins Farmhouse is a lovely, spacious house, furnished to a high standard and extremely well appointed. The location is very private and peaceful. We had a great few days with all our family - plenty space for adults, children, baby and dog. Would happily reccommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Salt and Surf to celebrate my mum's birthday in lovely Saltburn. The property is very clean and has all the amenities you could need, and sitting in the window seat watching the sea with the log burner roaring behind was bliss! Thank you for an incredible stay and we will be back.

This was our second visit to Alex's delightful cottage. It's located perfectly for access to the North Yorkshire Moors, the Howardian Hills and Hemlsley town centre is only five minutes walk away. The cottage itself is a delightful place to stay and from our personal experience Alex is the perfect host.

Booked Sammy’s place originally for my parents but unfortunately due to ill-health there were unable to make the journey up from Manchester however, I was delighted when my sister said that she was available. Sammy’s place is a hidden gem. I personally live in Hexham and cannot recommend Ian & Susan’s beautiful Accommodation any stronger than this, ‘Quite simply, the best accommodation in Hexham’. The location is perfect to get around the town, especially if you have difficulty walking as it is literally situated a stones through from the high street. There is plenty to do in Hexham being spoilt for choice when it comes to local Independant shops, a theatre, cinema, multiple pubs, bars and restaurants as well as the gorgeous Sele Park and surrounding area. Sammy’s place is a great place to stay with everything you need to feel completely at home; love this place and Susan & Ian are the perfect hosts. We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

We’ve just had the most relaxing 3 day stay and cannot recommend Fiona’s home highly enough! Beautifully located and furnished with everything we needed. So comfortable in every way. My wife just loved the sheep right outside the window! Lovely touch as well with the home made scones, thank you!

Great location, bonus of having a parking permit provided. Surprisingly quiet given the busy location. Immaculate, well designed space well equipped. Lisa & Steve are good hosts who have added lots of nice welcome touches.

Linda’s place was perfect for our family of 4. Close to transport and supermarket. Linda met us in arrival and was very welcoming. The flat has everything we could need and more. Spotlessly clean and warm. Spacious rooms. Would absolutely stay here again!

Neil was very friendly and responsive to our questions. We’re American and always struggle with learning how to turn on the showers and appliances while in Europe. It is very close to the train tracks which we used multiple times during our stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood. I do feel the location is a bit hidden, but once you know how to get there, it’s easy. His place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
