Lovely location in a tree lined street. Modern stylish and quality furnishing and appliances and well equipped overall. Hepworth Gallery, The Arthouse and Yorkshire Sculpture Park all worth a visit. We felt very comfortable in this spacious light and modern apartment. Roof lights allow amazing views and spectacular sunsets. Also you feel like you are in amongst the trees being at the top of the building. The large entrance hall in the flat is a great place for Qi Gong and Yoga. There is a comfortable work area again with great views.

We spent Christmas at Rodica's place and she made sure that it felt just like home. She managed to decorate for us and the place was spotless. Communication was great and whenever we had an issue or query she was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us. We look forward to another stay soon.

Pamela's is an excellent AirBnB location spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and a very pleasant location within a short walk of Bakewell's amenities. The property is quite old but beautifully renovated and a pleasure to visit.

Great cabin, we stayed for a wedding which was in St Margaret’s Hall so walkable for us which worked out perfectly. So peaceful. Couldn’t work out the outside fairy lights but everything else was all good working and easy to use. Would stay again. Hot tub was brilliant!

A really great place to stay whilst doing activities around the Peaks! Parking more limited but we always managed a space with the permit being very handy. Lots of shared space which was great for socialising, D&D, and playing games and having tea together. Plenty of space in the bedrooms too and bathrooms all in a good condition. Ideal location right in the centre of Bakewell for easy access to restaurants, cafes and pubs. Host was always very good at communicating and friendly, offering early check in and late check out which was very kind! Would highly recommend if looking for a Peak District base with friends or family.

A beautiful cottage, with a charming layout, making the most of the fantastic views. We could have sat watching the views for hours and were only sorry we didn't have more time to enjoy the terrace! It was well appointed and felt very homely. We loved how convenient it was for walking into Matlock Bath (only 5 minutes) with its fish and chip shops, ice cream parlours, amusements and lovely riverside walk and 2 play parks. What a great location for us as a family and it was very handy to be able to leave the car at the house and walk to the cable cars for the Heights of Abraham. We appreciated the milk and tin of chocolate biscuits. One tip for anyone who visits is to park at the top of the house, and not take the car around to the front of the house to save having to reverse up the steep hill as the road at the bottom has now been cordoned off. Pamela was very helpful when we I needed to communicating with her. The cottage was beautifully clean and perfect for a long weekend with family. Thank you so much again.

We absolutely loved it here, it was very peaceful and relaxing, the hot tub amazing and the host was reachable at all times. The welcome goodies were a lovely surprise. We will certainly be back.

We had a lovely time staying in Jane's house (5 adults, 1 four-year-old). The house is bigger than you'd expect from the photos, especially the kitchen, which made prepping meals very easy, and some of the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable and the house is cosy and warm. There are lots of beautiful walks nearby (we'd particularly recommend Robin Hood's Stride - great for kids). We felt right at home here and would happily come back again!
