Welcome to my little farm! It has been a labor of love since 2022! What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! Come enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. I’ll leave the light on for you!

Twin Oaks Farmhouse

Newly remodeled 1950s Farmhouse, Complete with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bath. The perfect getaway from the City that comfortably sleeps 5 guest. Amazing view from the large covered back porch with access to 6 acres. Large tile shower in the master bedroom & deep soaking tub in the guest bath. All new appliances & access to washer/dryer. Enjoy all seasons on the covered porch with outdoor furniture and TV. Only 5 min from Howe Farms Venue & 22 min from Chatt airport. House does sit on a busy highway!

Mountain Cabin, Dayton TN w/BOAT PARKING & Wifi

Located 6 minutes from downtown Dayton, TN. This newly renovated 1500 sq. ft. cabin sits on 1 acre & is the perfect place to get away or stay for local events. The floor plan has 2 levels and a loft with 4 twin beds plus a trundle. There is a bedroom with a bath, a living area, and kitchen that opens up to the covered deck. The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.

Cozy River House.

Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

It is timely located 45 mins from Chattanooga, a little over an hour away from Knoxville, and 2 hours from Pigeon Forge. Perfect, whether you are looking to fish, hike, visiting, or simply relax with your cup of coffee in hand. We are only mins away if you need anything.

Relax with the whole family or room share with friends. Whether you are coming for a wedding at Five Gables (3 min down the road) or Howe Farms (6 minutes away) this is your perfect stay. Fully refurbished and upgraded, classic farmhouse with plenty of room. 3 nice size bedrooms, and with 3 bathrooms, you should all have plenty of space to get ready. Also the perfect spot to come visit your Lee University Student. Cook them a home cooked meal in the fully equipped Kitchen and hang as a family.

Rockholt River House

Relax with the whole family at our Peaceful waterfront River House! The Rockholt River house is one level sitting on 2 level acres with a fenced back yard on the beautiful Hiwassee River in Georgetown, TN with its own Dock! Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Best of small town river life with all conveniences like Wifi. Boat ramp at house is not useable however a Public Boat Ramp (Hwy 58) is less than a mile away . Bring your Boat and Floats for some relaxation!

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Welcome to the loft at Strawberry Estates. Join us in our vibrant new farmhouse home on 10 acres. Peaceful area and safe surroundings will give you that country feel. Your loft suite is 100% private with your own drive up entrance. This is a one room suite with a lovely bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Enjoy your own mini split HVAC.
