Это отличное жильё для жизни и работы. Оно находится в 8 км от центра города и основных достопримечательностей. Плюсом будет и близость аэропорта. Сама комната соответствует описаниям и фотографиям. Вокруг есть множество кафе и ресторанов, магазин продуктов в 2-х минутах, приятные соседи и заботливый персонал. Спасибо, это было здорово!

Two thumbs up for Estelle's property! It was a smooth-sailing stay and I was able to sleep well and good -- which was the goal, really. Encountered a bit of a problem with the a/c on my first night (it suddenly leaked in the middle of my sleep) but I found a temporary solution myself. Perhaps the a/c just needs to be checked or something. Other than this, everything else worked fine! Bathroom, good. Fridge, good. TV, I did not use anyway. Bed, good. Peaceful and silent at night. Appreciate that Estelle was responsive in the communications and I especially liked that there was a little notebook in the room for reminders and recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the city :) I'll book at Estelle's listings if and when I come visit Ho Chi Minh again. Hopefully I get to try the other rooms! P.S. please extend my thanks to your two lady staff and the male security personnel. Thank you, Estelle!

The room is spacious and has a beautiful, peaceful view of the river. The location is also fantastic for exploring the local markets and food vendors on foot. It only took us less than 15 minutes to reach the center districts. There are also loads of cafes and local restaurants in the area to try out. The check-in/ check-out process is quick and simple, and the owner is super friendly. You definitely need to stay here if you want to get the authentic Saigon-er experience.

James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

門口有一間在地河粉，當早餐還不錯，還有一間烤肉的店，味道很香！也美味 地點方便而且不吵鬧，離機場車程也不遠 房東有耐心且和善，積極的協助房客的問題，室內佈置很溫馨，許多植物，又有可愛的廚房可以使用

I had a great stay at Minh’s place in District 5, HCM City. Minh was very responsive and kind, quickly replying to my messages and helping me switch rooms and arrange a late check-out. The location is super convenient for eating, getting around, and handling Vietnamese paperwork. The house is clean, secure, and quiet — perfect for anyone who values privacy. Minh and the other guests were respectful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend staying here!

Good, clean home. The host's very friendly and helpful. Home is at a good location to go to the center as well as the airport. It's worth to pay a fair price and stay in a cozy nice home. I put im my recommended list for my friend if they'd like to travel and enjoy Saigon 😊

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

I really like the stay and the apartment-home vibes. It is definitely worth the price. Khan is always responsive and very helpful.

Very nice place to stay close to the airport

地下にスーパーがあったり、目の前にコンビニがあったり、空港から近かったり、とても便利な場所でした。浴槽は無いです。プールに自由に入ることができます。

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Very comfortable, quiet, clean, safe, spacious apartment on 25th floor with great view. Near districts 10, 11, and 5. Small grocery stores and local-food restaurants just outside the building.

Thao and her husband were the sweetest pf hosts. They helped me with everything and treated me like family! Thao gabe me welcoming wine and moon cake. They also drove me to the airport when i left. Thank you so much!!!
