Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

Zachary was one of the most helpful, responsive hosts I have come across with incredibly prompt responses to every text/email. From the moment we arrived we had high confidence all would go well and this is 95% of the game as far as I am concerned. We were a bit concerned upon arrival that street noise might be an issue but it turned out to not be at all.

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

Third time we’ve stayed here and will again! Bucolic surroundings. Halfway between Ithaca and Trumansburg, we find it very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and David is a fantastic host. We love all the little extras and the quaint decor.

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Love this place. Stayed here multiple times for a yearly music writing retreat with my band and hopefully will continue for years to come. Piano is in tune and sounds great, very peaceful place with a amazing view. House is extremely clean and neat. Beds are very comfortable. Fire pit and hot tub are top notch. Host's are very responsive and accommodating.

Clean, comfortable, home away from home. Stayed only one night but it was just what we needed. Great location for accessing the Finger Lakes. Chris was responsive, welcoming, and made everything easy!

Christopher’s place greatly exceeded my expectations. Communication was fantastic from booking to checkout. Arrival and check- in/check-out was super easy and seamless. We arrived later than expected (in the dark) and were treated with a (very charming) and well lit driveway, stairs, and balcony making it so easy and pleasant to get the whole family, and all our things, inside quickly. The house was so lovely and well stocked with everything we needed and more. We only had to bring our groceries. They also had a few things that we forgot (like a much needed cup of coffee in the morning). From games and toys (suitable for many ages and stages), to art supplies, music, musical instruments, books (for all ages), to our very own private Easter egg hunt!! There was also tons of detailed information on amenities in the area including food, hiking, activities, and sightseeing. There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t absolutely love about our stay at Christopher’s! Thank you again!!

Our out of state family converged at the farm for a long weekend. The farm was cozy and comfortable. John was attentive yet allowed for privacy. Everything needed was available. We all felt at home, loved watching the many birds at the feeders, and were able to cook all our meals easily and enjoy family time. We had conversations around the warm fire and games at the table. Though it was cold outside, measures were in place to ensure comfortable temperatures inside. We would happily go there again.

Only there for a quick over-nite stay for a memorial for a friend. Ann and Frank built this Air b'n'b purposefully into the lower level of their home when they built it. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Step out the door to the view of the pond and beautiful countryside. 10 minute drive to quaint county seat of Norwich , NY. with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, etc. Easy drives to Cooperstown baseball Hall of Fame or Ithaca (Finger Lakes, Cornell University.) We lived in the area for 30 years before moving south to be closer to our grandchildren. It was nice to be "home."

Host was very accommodating and generous . Please brings you back to simpler day just what we needed to get away from the city

We had a great stay. The home was comfortable, spotless, and had a very well stocked kitchen. Erik was communicative and helpful.

This place is absolutely incredible, with so much history in the walls you can really feel it. Bedrooms are not separated entirely but I was there alone - but if “alone time” is the goal and there are more than two groups I would not recommend. If you want to experience one of the most unique and beautiful Airbnb experiences of your life, book it now! Alexa could not have been more accommodating and welcoming as a host and the place came with everything you could need for a relaxing retreat in Ithaca.

Great stay, went for parents weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Well stocked, close to Cornell, vast property that’s very comfortable and fun. Loved the game room. Very responsive hosts too.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

A great rustic getaway! It was great being between cayuga and seneca lakes - everything was a 20 min drive to see beautiful falls in every direction, great wineries/cideries (finger lakes cider house had amazing food to go with the cider), great restaurants (stonecat and elf in the oak) and Ithaca Farmer's Market (must see - so plan a Sat or Sun there). Sunsets were fabulous from the porch and over the fields and the hens were a joy to experience - so cute - and the gentle Q was so good with our cautious rescue pup. But the best part of the stay was Carey's hospitality - tending to every need and providing great suggestions of things to do/see tailored to our interests and giving us a true taste of the area - with local fresh eggs, fruit, wonderful baked bread, granola, cider, wine, cheese, baked goods and the best yogurt ever! We didn't even miss the tv (during football and world series even)!

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

With both our kids meeting up with us, the kitchen worked like a charm as they were very excited for a home cooked meal. Also, the description on the website matched very well, and it was clear how much the nightly rate would be beyond the two of us. We would certainly stay again.

We were staying at this rental because our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week. We received quite a few notifications leading up, and even including an earlier check-in time. Everything that we needed was available to us, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely rent from them again if we end up coming up here again for one of our other sons. And the added pens, when we arrived where I hit with my younger boys. Thank you so much!

Had such a good time at Andrea’s place. Pictures were exactly as described. Was helpful reading the reviews as well - this is truly someone’s home that you’re staying in. Absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub as well as the fire pit. Was a great family weekend spent up there. Had plenty of privacy as well and loved loved the farmers market on Sunday morning (we got to feed and pet alpacas!!) the one thing I would say is be prepared to not have service in the area. If you download the area map online ahead of time it is really helpful. We had no issues connecting online when we were in the house but if you do need a map, it helps to have it downloaded just in case. Overall, a great experience!
