Enjoy beautiful Lake Independence 25 miles NW of Marquette, MI with a 3-bedroom lake cottage right on the southside of the lake with a sandy beach (217 ft) and dock. Pontoon not included, but there is an open boat slip on our dock (mid-June through mid-October). 2 kayaks & SUPs are included. Some of the best UTV and snowmobiling trails along with backcountry snowmobiling in the U.P. are right in your backdoor. Fish for walleye, perch, pike, and bass on Lake Independence in the summer or winter!

Our location is also ideal for snowmobile and ORV riders, bikers as the trail is across the road from our driveway! Two trailer parking spots are available. Random Point is a quiet, isolated oasis on a private, 300 ft beach cove on Lake Superior with a trout pond and 10 wooded acres. Both rentals and the outdoor sauna have stunning views of the Lake. This enchanted location is 5 miles from downtown Mqt with easy access to the University, restaurants, shops, hiking & biking trails. For those relaxing summer nights, sit on the large deck and watch the moon rise or roast marshmallows on a bonfire while you listen to the waves crashing. 2 kayaks and life jackets available for use.

Captains Quarter's House

Captains Quarter's is located in a unique fishing village with the Big Traverse River on one side and Lake Superior on the other. Inside the home large windows provide views of both the lake and the river. Your private beach on Lake Superior is 110 steps away from the back door. The sunrises along with views of the Huron Mountains, sandstone cliffs of Louis Point are a site to see, from the comforts of the home. Snowmobile trail is very close just 9/10's of a mile away.

Two bedroom cottage, nestled in the stunning Keweenaw Peninsula, is on 330 foot of lakeshore and surrounded by forest and nature. 50 foot dock recently added. This peaceful paradise awaits your arrival, located just 15 minutes from Houghton and MTU. Sleeps 6 total. We are approximately 4.8 miles from the Dollar Bay Snow Mobile Trailhead, Great snowshoeing around the property as well. cottage is on a shared driveway with owners. About 55 minutes from Mount Bohemia.
