beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Muhteşem bir deneyimdi, kalabalık olmamıza rağmen ev bütün ihtiyaçlarımıza uygun büyüklükteydi. Mutfakta herşey düşünülmüştü. Evin bütün imkanlarından yararlandığımız harika bir kaçamak oldu. Kar yağması ve şömine başında oturup odun çıtırtısıyla izlemek bizim için güzel bir anı oldu. Caner bey her zaman hızlı dönüş yaptı ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Bu deneyimi tekrar yaşamak isteriz.

We were very pleasently surprised! We stayed 4 nights, totally exceeded our expectations for the price. Our host was very responsive, just make sure you have data on your phone before you leave the airport so you can coordinate arrival and entry instructions. If you check the google reviews a few people complain about the area (also my cab driver made a similar comment). It's definitely a backstreet feeling area but a fairly tame one IMO. If you have experience staying in cheaper accom around the world. I think you will be unlikely to be bothered. To me it felt basically the same as a typical Istanbul backstreet. There are restaurants/hotels open late literally around the corner, plus a convenience store practically opposite the door. If you walk in from the west the streets are very well lit.

Le logement correspondait à la description. Il convient parfaitement pour un petit séjour à Istanbul. La literie est confortable et l'appartement dispose d'une petite cuisine équipée d'une plaque de cuisson. Le logement est très bien situé à Sultanhamet, à moins de dix minutes à pied de différentes lignes de tramways. À proximité du quartier : différentes mosquées (dont Sainte Sophie), différents musées et le grand bazar d'Istanbul. L'hôte, Muhammed, fût très sympathique et flexible concernant mon heure d'arrivée. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Our week long stay was great! Hatip was great at communicating- there was an issue with the hot water heater that he was very proactive to get fixed. Now the hot water and heat in the apartment work very well! The range does work, just a little tricky to get lit the first few times. Washer, clothesline, and hangers are available to do your laundry. Hand soap, shower soaps, a bit of toilet paper, bedding and towels were in the apartment. There is a grocery shop, A101, down the street that has all other basics you might need while staying. Restaurants and tourists shops line the streets in this area, but you can find a few local places with more budget friendly price tags. There are a few playground and other grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. You can get to most touristy and scenic areas on the peninsula by foot. If you want to take the metro or trams they are not too far, either. We enjoyed our stay in this neighborhood very much.

Séjour très réussi , accueil exceptionnel, logement très bien situé, spacieux et au calme. Hôtes très réactifs et aux petits soins: possibilité de réserver un taxi dès l’aéroport en passant par eux, visite des alentours, conseils nombreux au niveau des visites/ commerces/achats. Nous reviendrons là si nous retournons à Istanbul !
