Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

The cottage has a private entrance, with views overlooking the fields and surrounding farmland, and fully enclosed garden. Watch and listen to the wildlife - and enjoy the company of sheep, alpacas, chickens and horses. Take a walk and enjoy the tranquil countryside. In the winter, cosy up next to the toasty log burner, or enjoy the dark starry skies.

The coach house has two separate relaxing patio areas overlooking fields, magnificent lawns, koi ponds and stunning landscaped gardens. The Little Barn - a beautiful open plan barn conversion in the beautiful Wyre Forest area of Worcestershire. The interior exude light and space. Sleeps 2-4 guests in two double rooms (bedrooms are open plan). We can provide a cot. There are two sofas, sky TV, a dining area to seat 6. There is also a wet room. Off-road parking and separate access also. Kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer & microwave & air frier. NO DOGS as we have a labrador. Strictly no smoking or vaping.

Pot House Farm is an eleven acre working small holding. We are situated on Catherton Common in an AONB in the Shropshire Hills. The apartment is located in the centre of the farm with a private entrance and a separate patio and garden area overlooking fields and is attached to the old farm house. The accommodation is disabled friendly. We are ideally placed to explore the Shropshire Hills on foot, horse or by cycling. Ludlow is 8 miles away and spectacular views from Clee Hill are close by.

The lodge is surrounded by fields with stunning views of the Severn Valley, Clee and Malvern hills and is only a short walk away from Arley Arboretum, the Severn Valley Railway and the quaint village of Arley itself. Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

Fern Cottage - sleeps 4

A cosy cottage situated just 2 minutes from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Bewdley and a gentle stroll to the River Severn. Fern Cottage offers an exceptional location. Ground floor has twin beds and an ensuite shower room. The first floor living space has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Off road parking for one car and a private courtyard garden.
