Der Balkon gehört zum Appartement und ist für die alleinige Nutzung. Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kochherd und Kaffeemaschine, Sat TV, WiFi und PP.

The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom with WC and shower and a double bed (160x200). We rent out our parking in front of the house for 5 chf/day.

The exploration of Interlaken with its surrounding forests, the magnificent city center with its restaurants and stores and the Lake Thun can also be optimally done thanks to the centrally located site.
