I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

First experience on Airbnb. It was a Good one. Place is accurately described. It's remotely located and has 1 restaurant close by and a couple of shops. However Zomato works fine. Dominic was very helpful with our check-in and also assisted us with contacts for taxi service. Better to use these contacts rather than Goa Miles.

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

The studio itself was well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality of Avneesh, who went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, and we would highly recommend this place to others looking for a convenient and cozy stay in Goa.

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

Marlon's place offers peace and tranquility. All the touristy spots are accessible if you have a vehicle. Special shout-out to Marta, who really made sure we were doing fine. We were extremely pleased with the privacy and beauty this place offered

Everything about the listing was great. Host was always responsive and helpful. The society has lots of restrictions/Do’s and Dont’s. Rest everything was perfect.

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

The villa was amazing, and great response from Jay on our queries and excellent services by the care taker Vinod. Excellent view with almost 180degree view of the sea. The villa is maintained well, neat and clean with all facilities. Overall recommended for large groups, who have their own transport or have full day rented cars.

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The view was breathtaking whether it was sunrise or sunset, it felt like a dream. The interior design was modern, cozy, and thoughtfully put together, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The place had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and a super comfy bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Host and care taker were proactive and supportive. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a peaceful and stylish getaway!

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

Loved the stay and experience in this apartment for 2 nights, luxurious amenities in the room and society and Sanjeev sir guided us with nearby restaurants and points to visit, and travel contacts as well which was a plus point. View from balcony is worth it. Would like to stay here the next time I'm staying in Dabolim 😊

Fantastic apartment surrounded by locals in the small, cozy village of Utorda. From there you can reach the clean, quiet beach with some restaurants and beach bars in about 10 minutes on foot. You can get your daily necessities in the surrounding area. The local buses stop directly in front of the apartment at the intersection. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a residential building inhabited by locals. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two wonderfully quiet balconies from which you can enjoy the sunset. Lincoln and his wife took care of everything very carefully without being intrusive. I found exactly what I was looking for there. Casual holiday without stress away from mass tourism. In one word “holiday with friends” Thank you for the wonderful time Goa

The best host ever! So accommodating to every thing we were confused about and found difficult (he helped us book a taxi as we found it difficult due to the language). The accommodation itself was very clean and came with every single amenity you could think of. We wanted extra towels, hairdryer and iron and it got delivered in less than an hour without any issues. It’s about 10 minutes away from Dabolim airport and the security checks are very thorough and that made our family with very young children feel very safe.

A very comfortable stay. This was our sixth trip to Goa, and wanted some place quiet and away from the crowd. Paritoshika’s place was just perfect in every way!
