What a great place to stay at and what an amazing host! The apartment was very clean and complete. Photos really show what you get. Location is great with easy great access to the Pike, Convention Center, and downtown Long Beach. No need to use your car! Acces instructions were clear and concise and app worked flawlessly. Zach is the most responsive and accommodating host. We loved our experience and recommend this place! Thanks Zach!!!

This place is beautiful, a few spacious areas around the home to hangout with everyone you stay with. Beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Great, walkable location. Cute place with lots of nice touches. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Could hear the people upstairs walking around a bit but it wasn’t too bad and stopped @ 10pm. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks!

We loved Aprils “home from home”, we had everything we needed, close to everything, very comfortable beds to sleep in, would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for the perfect base in Long Beach.

This place was wonderful! Manhattan Beach experienced a power outage for almost a whole day during our stay and Nicole was super responsive and on the whole situation. Obviously it was no fault of hers, but she kept in touch throughout the whole day to make sure we were comfortable! 10/10 would stay here again in the future.

It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

A beautifully clean space that felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, situated near local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I can't wait to return!

It was peaceful I tv felt like home the only thing Is two of the doors a room and a bathroom didn’t close it was missing the strike hardware

We used to live in Long Beach and visit family often. We like Belmont Shore for its beach access and walkability to restaurants and shops. The bungalow was on one of the quietest streets in the shore, so parking was never an issue. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. The large kitchen was perfect for making meals. We loved the backyard for evening BBQs and the front courtyard for morning coffee. The Dutch door is perfect for letting in the cool sea breeze. Casey was very responsive. We plan on coming back because we loved the spot!

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Wonderful place, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and bikes. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only negative comment I have is that the couch was horribly uncomfortable. A nice comfortable sectional from Costco would make the place near perfect.

Great place, really clean with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were responsive and friendly, even though we didn’t need anything they answered a couple of questions immediately and even checked in on us to see if we needed anything. This place was perfect for us, within easy walking distance of the town, would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Easy check in, simple instructions, clean, great location. The universal charging cords by each bed and table were a nice touch! The host answered any questions or messages I sent almost instantly! We didn’t have any issues here. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place !! The view and everything perfect !

Ed’s welcomes you when you arrive to show you everything including parking, entering and leaving the place. There are disposable slippers at the door. It is a well appointed and well thought out space. I stay at a lot of Airbnb places and Ed’s place is one of the best. Super soft towels, charging stations in all of the bedrooms, Kleenex boxes all over the space, several TVs, a well equipped kitchen, A/C units in each bedroom in addition to one in the communal areas. We cooked a holiday dinner and baked cookies. There is a bed in the loft that has privacy because they put a curtain that is easily closed. There are blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Their bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. We even used the washer and dryer after long days of packing and cleaning my mom’s house. Ed recommended a Thai restaurant around the corner that was wonderful. It is also a great location down the block from the beach. There is a great balcony with a view.

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! Oh, and if I forgot to mention — the views of the marina and the sea are absolutely spectacular. Don’t hesitate — book this studio today or tonight! Thank you so much, Nico!! This place is fantastic, exceptionally clean, with lovely views of the water. Its prime location offers lots of nearby activities and attractions, with the convention center, shops, and restaurants all conveniently within walking distance. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.
