Visiting from San Diego and we just absolutely loved this place and the location! Very clean and spacious!! Outside patio area is beautiful and perfect for having a pup! We really enjoyed using the fire pit area in the evening. Everything is walkable from beaches to shops and restaurants! We will be back for sure!

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

This was a perfect place for us - well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to every place and everything we needed. Alain was extremely responsive to questions and provided many helpful suggestions, which were also much appreciated. Alain made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near a beach, walk to get coffee and pastries, and have a quiet place to stay with friends or family.

Great beach location, very spacious, two private parking spots and walkable to everything in Seal Beach. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The building is a work-in-progress. The amenities (kitchen, bathrooms) are definitely older but everything worked and what was nice were the bed linens and towel. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. There is a laundry room with W/D. Fun family place or for 3 couples!

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.

The house was such an amazing location. Loved the direct beach access, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Emily was so clear with all instructions, including that the house does sit on a public walkway so we knew exactly what to expect. She even let us know that one of our main activities we were visiting for was really not close to her house, appreciate all the upfront information. Felt it was a great value for what we paid, already looking to book again.

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

The location is perfect, very close to thhe pier, the beach and restaurants and shops. We loved the pool and hot tub and the location is safe and quiet. The hallway to get to the condo is pretty dated but the condo itself has been updated beautifully (except kitchen cupboards-straight from the 70’s). The other owners were very kind and welcoming to us and this owner was very responsive to our questions.

Yvette’s spot felt like we were borrowing a friend’s place for the weekend, just how Airbnb is supposed to feel! She is stocked with everything you need for the beach (boogie boards, chairs, surfboards, towels, balls), which is directly across the street. There is so much you can walk too and some awesome restaurants at the Riviera area nearby.

Anna was a great host—very responsive and attentive. Her home was spotless and a fantastic deal for the location! Easy, walkable access to the whole property. Will definitely return!

We really enjoyed staying here! Gorgeous view of palm trees and the ocean plus an added bonus of some incredible people-watching. The unit balcony provides all sorts of entertainment with a beautiful ocean backdrop. It was easy to access everything nearby and we enjoyed spending time at the beach, dog beach, and watching all the activities. Super fun if you like a bustling spot with a great view.

Absolutely gorgeous. Loved hearing the waves crashing at night. Dolphins and seals right in front of the property. Amazing food all around within walking distance. The strand was so cool too. Kristina was an amazing host too. Way above and beyond. Thanks so much!!!

We have stayed at Terranea many times and Beth’s view is the best of any Casita we’ve stayed-in. Unobstructed ocean views from both the living room and the bedroom. Close to the walking trail, pool, spa, and restaurants. Check-in through the app and front desk were nice and easy. Daily housekeeping was wonderful as well. Thank you, Beth. We will be back!

My family and I absolutely loved this place! being right on the beach was beautiful. the views were incredible. we made the drive to Universal for one day and it wasn't too bad of a 45 minute drive. the bay across the street was perfect for my 10 year old too.

Nice place to stay near the beach. I had a rental car but really didn't even need it with so much to do within walking distance and a bike available to use. Only a block away to the beach (Dog Beach for any fellow dog lovers) and the Huntington Beach Bike Trail. I was able to connect to the Newport Beach boardwalk for an 18 mile roundtrip ride. The room was comfortable with many nice touches and a private patio to do some work from my laptop while enjoying fresh air. Eric was very responsive with any questions I had. Great stay!

We had a great time at Taylor's place over Spring Break. It was very close to the beach and perfect for riding bikes or long boards on the boardwalk!!! We had 8 people with us and we enjoyed our time and the amenities that were provided. They also allowed us to use the garage, which was awesome for rental bike storage if you rent bikes for more than a day or two. Great place to stay!!!

First Brian is amazing! Our family stayed at Brian’s beautiful home while in town for our father’s memorial service. Although it was a somber occasion, this serene and welcoming space truly became a source of comfort and connection for all of us. Brian went above and beyond to make our stay special—he was incredibly responsive and made sure that any concerns we had were addressed immediately with care and kindness. The home is exactly as described: serene, peaceful, and filled with thoughtful touches. The tranquil rose garden and cozy outdoor fireplace provided a quiet retreat where we would gather, reflect, and share memories. While we didn’t get the chance to use the many beach amenities provided, the options were there—and we look forward to coming back under happier circumstances. This is more than just a vacation rental—it’s a home filled with warmth and peace. We recommend it every chance we get. Thank you, Brian, for everything. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this pet-friendly beach house, and it was truly the perfect getaway for our family. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how welcoming and accommodating the property was for pets. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for both us and our dogs to relax. The fenced-in yard was a huge bonus, giving our dogs a safe space to play and explore. The beach access was just a short walk away, and it was so nice to be able to take our dogs along for daily walks along the shore. We also loved the quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, this beach house offered the ideal getaway for relaxation and fun. Highly recommend!

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations! The location was absolutely incredible, and the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was warm, cozy, and felt just like home from the moment I arrived. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful walkways—perfect for cute morning strolls and super close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping! Everything about this stay was perfect, and I would definitely book again!

This was one of the most clean and comfortable bnbs I’ve stayed in! It was spotless upon checking in, and even though I usually clean myself as well, my cleaning supplies had no residue on them! It was spacious, everything looked just like the pictures! Very conveniently located across from the grocery store, restaurants, banks, and most importantly only a couple blocks from the beach! Lastly, the master bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in (I even asked the host for the info on the bedding and mattress pad). I would definitely recommend this house and will be booking again, next time I’m in Newport Beach!
