Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

El departamento era muy cómodo y en muy buenas condiciones. Saretta fue muy amigable y atenta.

Sehr schöne Ferien gehabt, die Unterkunft von Micaela ist einfach perfekt ! Sehr nah am Meer, Privat und ruhig. Torvaianica ist schön mit vielen heimischen Restaurants und unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten verbunden. Rom besuchen, auf jeden Fall! Micaela ist ein Engel und man sollte sich glücklich schätzen sie kennenlernen. Sie gibt sehr gute Ratschläge und kennt sich sehr gut aus. Jede frage würde sehr schnell beantwortet und sie ist sehr nett und freundlich. EGAL welche Uhrzeit. Sie war uns eine sehr große Hilfe. Wenn wir wieder nach Italien kommen dann sicher bei Micaela! Mio figlio si è trovato molto bene nell'alloggio di Marco. Casa pulita, molto carina e l'host disponibile e solerte nel rispondere ai messaggi. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento! Grazie davvero Francesca

apartamento súper amplio, mejor que en las fotos, muy bien conectado por la línea c del metro y buses, cerca contarás con comercios de comida, supermercados entre otros, tardarás unos 40 minutos al vaticano y 30 minutos del centro.

Soggiorno di due per 12 giorni. Host disponibile, gentile, veloce e puntuale nelle risposte, soprattutto quando ho avuto numerosi problemi con la carta di credito alla conferma della prenotazione. Lui e la persona che ci ha accolto meritano 10 e lode. Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia e ai servizi, silenzioso, arioso. Posto auto coperto, seppur scomodo sia in ingresso che in uscita, ha fatto la differenza sotto Ferragosto quando trovare posto in strada è impossibile. Ho molto apprezzato i ventilatori nelle camere da letto, il terrazzo attrezzato, dove si può mangiare e scorgere il mare, e poter portare con me il mio cane. La casa era pulita. Spunti miglioramento: - ulteriore mazzo di chiavi, con uno solo e con citofono non funzionante chi era in casa era costretto a scendere per aprire il portone (mezzo rotto peraltro!), anche la porta di ingresso all’appartamento non mi faceva stare tranquilla. - Nella dotazione asciugamani prevederei anche un telo doccia e non solo viso e ospite.
