Tiny, cosy cottage: 3 mile beach on the doorstep

South Devon is really a beautiful area and Sunnyview has an amazing position in the coastal village of Torcross, sitting within an AONB. 3 miles of beach on your doorstep and the SW Coast Path running behind the garden, there is so much to explore in this magnificent area. It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

Situated on the beach, right on the South West coast path & opposite national nature reserve & freshwater lake (Slapton Ley) this house +hot tub is ideal for walkers, bird watchers, sea swimmers, wildlife lovers, AND it's dog friendly. Beautifully furnished, fully equipped and huge! The living room & open plan kitchen diner are very spacious indeed as the house is actually a 4 bed, but we list it as 2 bed to attract smaller groups out of season - choose which 2 bedrooms you want for your group!

As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
