My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Mara’s apartment. She and her son Mijo treated us like guests in their home. There was time available for Mijo to pick us up from Debrovnok Airport. He even stopped for us to shop for food items at a local market and then carried our large international travel bags down several flights of steps to the apartment. The apartment view of the Adriatic Sea is impressive. The sunsets were beyond words. The apartment was impeccably clean. We had no issues or complaints. Stay with Mara and Mijo if you can!

The property looks exactly like the pictures, perfect neighborhood, on the sea. 20 minute walk from the old town full of restaurants on the road facing the sea. Drako answered every question and the communication was excellent. He recommend us wonderful guide for a tour in town.

Fin lejlighed og smuk udsigt!! Der ligger en Beach Bar i stueetagen, så musik og summen kan høres fra balkon og om aftenen. Men det var hyggeligt.

We had a great time staying at filip’s place. Its in the middle of a friendly street, and only 15 minutes walk to the center and the walk near the sea is beautiful. There is a beautiful balcony with a great view. And before our stay filip helped us with recommendations, and his father greeted us to the place. We like herceg novi very much and like to stay there.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Kotor Bay is the place to stay if you don't lik to stay at Busy Old Town. The rising sun and the beauty is fascinating. I used the terrace for Morning Yoga with rising sun on one side coming over across the bay and then the mountains on other side. Teh house has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Any small thing the owner is more than willing to provide. Property is 20 mins decent and easy walk to Old Town. Supermarket Aroma right at the corner of street. The street is one way, you got to find a parking on First come first serve basis. There is nothing reserved. Its free parking. But the owner is very kind and nice and he pulled his car to make room for ours when the entire slots were gone. Pluck Lemons from his trees and make fresh lemonade. Cats are everywhere so my daughter had lovely playful time making new friends. On the whole 5/5 .

Die Lage der Wohnung mit Postkartenblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang ist großartig! Nach ca. 300 Stufen erreicht man das Meer, wo man meist alleine ist. Katica ist sehr sympathisch, wie eine Mutter und sie gibt wertvolle Tipps. Sie hat uns auch Gebäck und Sherry gebracht. Kaum glaublich im Süden Europas: Es gibt keine bellenden Hunde. Überhaupt ist es sehr ruhig, je nach Wind hört man aber die in der Nähe der Wohnung vorbeiführende Straße. Genau genommen sind es keine zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer. Das zweite Zimmer ist eigentlich ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Couchen, die zum Bett umfunktioniert werden können. Es ist ein Durchgangszimmer vom Schlafzimmer zum Bad. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Katicas Wohnung buchen.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Eski taş evlere bayılırım. Deniz kenarında olması, belki sezon dolayısıyla son derece sakin olması, huzur içerisinde bir nevi terapi etkisi oluşturdu. Ev sahibi sorularımıza çok hızlı dönüş yaptı.

Evimizi book ettigimiz andan itibaren Milos her konuda son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı.Arac kiralama, havalimanından transferimiz, eve girişimiz, girdigimizde ev ile ilgili sorularımızın hepsine cok hızlı yanıt verdi.Kendisinden cok memun kaldıgımızı en başta belirtmek isterim.Eve gelince, biz sadece 5 buyuk 2 çocuk seyahat ettik, cocuklardan ötürü korumalı bir ev istedigimizden bu yer bize cok uygundu.Diğer yandan bizler de kendimize buyuk ve rahat bir yer istemiştik.Evin karşısında otoparkı mevcuttu.Old City e arac ile sadece 5 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Evin konumu çok iyi, Kotor da kalabileceğiniz hem merkeze yakın, hem kalabalıktan uzak bir yer.Evin terası ve manzarası inanılmaz güzel.Kalabalık grupların rahatça konaklama yapabilecekleri çok keyifli ve rahat bir mekan, herkese tavsiye ederim.

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

De accommodatie was verder van het centrum dan we hadden verwacht, ongeveer 35-45 minuten rijden. Ook de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 25-30 minuten afstand. Dit is goed om in gedachten te houden als je veel boodschappen wilt doen. Het handigst is om voor een aantal dagen boodschappen te doen en, als je richting het centrum gaat, een volle dag aan activiteiten te plannen. De afstand tot het centrum hadden we zelf ook beter moeten onderzoeken. Het privéstrand daarentegen is heerlijk rustig en perfect om in te zwemmen, wat het verblijf erg ontspannend maakte. Daarnaast hebben we erg genoten van de activiteiten die door Marko worden aangeboden, zoals het zwembad, de basketbal- en biljarttafel. Dit zorgde voor voldoende vermaak tijdens ons verblijf. De accommodatie zelf was schoon en goed onderhouden, met alle faciliteiten die naar behoren werkten. De bedden waren comfortabel en de douche was krachtig en warm, wat altijd fijn is. Al met al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad!

Ivana is a very friendly, responsive and helpful and host; check0in and check-out could not have been easier. The villa itself is extremely spacious, quiet and had plenty of room for eight individuals, and could comfortably host 5 couples. The pool is amazing and the other "necessary" amenities are all provided. A couple of excellent restaurants and a small supermarket are nearby, and transfer to Dubrovnik for more restaurants, sight-seeing and a larger supermarket is easily arranged with Ivana's help. Everything seemed very well-organised, but the island-hopping boat-trip is particularly fine. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and Ivana as a host was much appreciated and the Villa as a place to stay is highly recommended.

We had a lovely few nights in Kotor. Irena was a great host, giving us very clear instructions and a number of recommendations. A few of the local bars and restaurants were not open at the start of the week but were gradually opening for the season as the week went on, which meant that we could walk to and from old town whilst stopping off for food and drinks on the way. The view from the apartment was spectacular, and the whole space was spotlessly clean throughout.

Leona and her family are great hosts! They were super attentive to any questions/requests we had and helped out immediately. Their airbnb is located in a very nice area with large shops nearby for shopping but also close to the beach allowing for a super chill stay! Highly recommend to anyone!

I would highly recommend this place as it has a good location with an amazing view and is also very spacious. Host is also very friendly and helpful and was always quick to reply if we had any issues.

It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

Very beautiful place. It’s even better in real life then on photos. Everything was super clean, the host was very helpful and always in touch. There is a huge yard there, and you can get to the nice restaurant right through this yard and you’re right on the beach. It’s peaceful, beautiful and absolutely worth the stay!

Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Great location—right on the water with a private pier and amazing views. The house is renovated, with AC/heating, a proper kitchen, and bathrooms. No moisture issues, which is rare for a waterside home. However, some furniture feels mismatched, like it was brought in from elsewhere, and there are strange design choices—why six TVs? The place lacks some upkeep: the couch and outdoor cushions are worn out, and the umbrella needs replacing. Might be due to off peak season as we stayed early-Apr. The house is built from slate stone, which crumbles on its own. This leaves small stone flakes all over the floors (yes, even in beds). You can hear them hit the wooden floor at night—some pieces are nearly an inch big. Also, the house is a bit dark due to small windows—not a flaw, just something to know if you love natural light. Despite everything, we extended our stay from 3 nights to 6—it’s still much better than most of the places in the area. The host is very friendly and responsive.

Great place, beach access was amazing. Shared with other guests but we did not mind or feel it mostly. Any issue we had was resolved right away and without delay. I forgot a Macbook charger and she informed me right away, helpful and responsive.

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

Huzur dolu bir bölge burası ve gezilecek noktalara arabayla ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Biz araç kiralamıştık bu yüzden her şey sorunsuz ilerledi. Ev çok temiz ve düzenli, manzara harika. Milena ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi eve koymuş. Aracınızı park etmek için bir park yeri var. Ev aynı fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Milena çok tatlı bir ev sahibi. Karadağ’a geldiğimizde yine burada ve daha uzun günler konaklayacağız

Villa Dobrasin var over all forventning. Skinnende rent overalt. Vi kom ned svært sent (rundt midnatt) og Diana ønsket oss velkommen med ost, skinke,kake brød og vin. Vi var 9 personer ( 3 generasjoner) og hadde et fantastisk opphold her. Godt med egne soverom og tilhørende bad til voksne og barn. Felles oppholdsrom, kjøkken og utvendig spiseplass ble satt stor pris på. Selv om det var litt sent på høsten ble basseng og solsenger tatt i bruk. Avstanden ned til Cavtat aentrum med badestrender, strandpromenaden og mange restauranter var helt uproblematisk. Kort spasertur ned og opp eventuelt med buss eller uber opp igjen. Dagligvare 90 meter unna. Anbefales på det sterkeste for grupper på opptil 14 personer.
