Loveliest gardens to be married in and the house was spectacular. The host James was extremely accommodating and helpful in every way.

The place itself is amazing with all the sceneries, room and beds were organised as we wanted, feeding the farm animals was an amazing experience as well, the best thing about the stay was the host, she guided us as a-lot with all of the stuff around, suggested us nearby places to visit and she made sure everything was perfect for us during the stay. we will definitely go there again for sure.

Overall stay was quite comfortable. Tennis court was the highlight for some tennis playing families and enthusiasts. Plenty of toys, books and games for kids. Will definitely recommend for families with kids.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s beautiful home. David was very helpful with all questions and flexible with anything we needed to bring onto his property. Thank you David and family for allowing us to stay we surely enjoyed it. Amenities are complete and beds couch were comfy plenty of room for our big family to have our own space each.

The space was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax, laugh, and create unforgettable memories. We loved exploring Bathurst and enjoying all the local attractions. Everyone in our group was raving about the stay, and we can't recommend this place enough! Wonderful stay, with plenty to help out with on the working farm. The cottage is clean and comfortable. The property itself is beautiful and very peaceful. Grant and Liz are terrific and were wonderful with the kids.

We had a great stay here. Karen was a great host, and was extremely helpful and flexible when our plans changed a bit. The house was perfectly clean, really well set up, and in a good spot in town. I would recommend to anyone.

ROOMS LARGE AND LOVELY SPACES. Beds very comfy, bedding ample and new. Everyone loved them. Everything clean. Shower pressure and temperature good x 2. Kitchen very well set up, coffee machine, rice cooker and lots of other equipment. Generous pantry items and really appreciated the fresh milk and OJ. Clearly managed/owned by someone who cares. We had cause to contact Dan - just to ask a question not because anything went wrong. He answered straight away and was super pleasant to deal with. * Nothing changed - beds still super comfy, lovely quality linen, water pressure/temp terrific, really clean, kitchen setup A+ and Dan quick to respond to any messages. The place is an easy walk to restaurants and shops and the off street parking is ample. Close to everything but quiet. RECOMMEND!!

This place is just perfect for our big group of friends for a long weekend. All the facilities provided like the tennis court, ping pong table, Billard table and the foosball table are all in good condition and we had a great time playing them. Staying in this house was really a home away from home experience. We will definitely stay her again next time. Highly recommended.

We loved Blaire’s place it was clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable. Close to town and the park. All the basics that you would need for an enjoyable stay.

The property is perfect for large groups. The house is very spacious and comfortably laid out with stunning views from the well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. The games room was a nice feature. The house was pleasant and cool when we arrived and made us feel very welcome after a long drive. We really appreciated Riannon’s flexibility and understanding with a late change in plans when a couple of our friends had to drop out due to illness.

We could not have asked for a better property, or a more helpful host. The house is excellent, comfortable bedrooms, great space.

A lovely renovated Victorian cottage, just an easy walk to town and local pubs. The area was quiet and we always felt safe. The house was ideal with lovely clean and large bedrooms and a double lock up carport. Susan was very welcoming and always responsive. We loved our stay.

Mark and Sandra let us stay in their perfectly presented, cosy accommodation. The heater was already on for us when we arrived and we were greeted by Mark who was friendly and helpful without being in any way intrusive. The accommodation was very clean, had everything we could want and was perfectly situated in a quiet area a short stroll to the local shops. Mark baked us his championship delicious bread and left it for us, still warm on the first morning of our stay. The garden and surrounds were peaceful and we loved their kind, well behaved dog Fergus who loved a pat but was otherwise as quiet as a mouse. Thank you so much Mark and Sandra for letting us stay. We would love to come again when we are out in the great Central West.

Such a beautiful place to get away from the city ! Loved the blinds and lights working through Alexa such a nice touch ! Pantry had everything you could need for essentials and had such beautiful natural light coming through and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy o he coffee in the mornings. We ended up extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much! Only downfall would be we wish the main bedroom had a king bed and we would come again and again

We had a fantastic stay in this house!! The inside is light, airy and super clean. The layout is great for a family. It's in a great area, quiet but only a short walk to the main street. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
