Pipehouse is ideal to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. Situated in Bathampton, a quiet, peaceful location, a short distance from the world heritage city of Bath. Served by a frequent bus service or a delightful 40 minute walk along the Kennet and Avon Canal into the city centre. Local pubs/restaurants, barge cafe next to the canal and River Avon, within 10mins walking distance from the house. Doctors surgery, pharmacy, deli/cafe and shop, providing basic provisions, 5 min walk from the house.

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.
